The Best Prenatal Vitamin on the Market – Easy to take and does not cause constipation! And believe me, when you're expecting (as I am now), you do not want the added stress of constipation because of your prenatals. My only complaint is that it's not available in Singapore so I have to rely on my husband and family to get it for me. Three more packs are on their way!

continued with it, My Haemoglobin (Hb) level came up to a normal level quickly with these tablets. I now tell everyone who needs it to use this iron tablet, i have even recommended it to my father in law who uses it regurlarly to keep his Hb up, even with all his problems. It does not cause constipation even when taking maximum doses, unlike the other iron preparation you can get none, need to advertise more as it is such a great tablet.
