driveway then proceeded to dump their entire cab of rubbish into my front hedge. All their food bags, drink containers, cans. It was absolutely disgusting. They moved soooooooo slowly and were charging every 30mins. I employed them so I wouldn't have to move furniture but I was there having to move stuff as they moved at a glacial pace. They didn't leave my house until midnight, then they overcharged me by 2.5 hours! When I rang to express my dissatisfaction with the service I got directed to this "complaints service" which was the weakest most infuriating service ever. It's now nearly 2 months later and the back and forth is still going on. WORST EXPERIENCE OF A MOVING COMPANY EVER! Unreliable – Very unreliable service. We booked way in advance paying the deposit for an interstate move. I called one day before and talked to the staff who confirmed pick up time at 7am. available. We were left nowhere with all packed boxes ready to move. I have tried calling and speaking to the manager Stephanie after that day and they never called me back. Very unprofessional service. The least they could do is apologise and they did not even do that. I would never recommend their services! We had to struggle to vacate the property and move out.

Competitive pricing – Experienced some small issues with the service but post customer service was helpful and resolved them for me. Overall the move went smoothly. There were some timing delays as the truck was late and this was not communicated.

My smoothest move ever – I used them recently for my move from Parramatta to Wentworth Point. This is my life's 4th move and the smoothest ever. Marie was really sweet, so was Steph- both of the girls made pricing and scheduling super easy. Robin and his men were amazing and all the items were moved without a scratch, all easy. Guys were really polite and kind and the move was completed well within time. Really happy, will recommend for sure 100%

Would recommend for both Service during and after the move – I moved on a very wet day, from South Bowenfels (near Lithgow) to an apartment in Balmain. My little cottage was surrounded by mud, but Carlos and his partner were very careful in ensuring that everything was wrapped and secure. Superb. I'll definitely recommend them – Frans and his colleague did a swift and efficient job collecting boxes from my workplace and then delivering them to my storage space. They were friendly and focused. Fast Removalists are great value too. I will definitely be spreading the word about their excellent service and will keep them in mind should I need any help in the future.

Fast and Professional !!! – Fast Removalists helped me move my one bedroom apartment on the second floor to a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor within the same suburb. They carefully wrapped all my items with their blankets and secured my mattress with shrink-wrap at no extra cost which made me very happy. The communication with them and the office was excellent could not have asked for a better service.!!!

Can not fault, easy move! – We moved a 2 bedroom apartment 14km’s from our previous address. The movers came early than scheduled and finished the whole job very quickly but also with extreme care for our items. The two men were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The price charged was the best deal I’ve had since living in Sydney and the best service. Will be using Fast Removalists Sydney for any future moves!

4 Bedroom move – Fast helped me move my 4 bedroom house and I must say I was more than impressed. No problems occurred at all, Andy , Dave and Siwan were very caring with my items and really friendly . Definitely recommend this company !!
