Have not received items over two months since order. Have not received a response to any of my emails. Really disappointed as I have previously ordered through Femplay years ago and had a good experience.

Great online store – Placed quite a large order and it arrived within a week and I also received a couple of extra items as freebies which I didn't expect. I have ordered a couple of times from the site and have always been happy with the experience. They have a good selection to choose from at good prices.

was printed on my free gift bottle. The toy itself was a little bit of a let down though. It started to slow down after a week, even with fresh batteries. I'm 18 and still live with my parents so I need to be discreet about it and the discreet shipping was fantastic!! The package was a plain Australia Post e-parcel. I now go to the site every payday!! Good quality – I haven't tried out my purchases yet but at first inspection they look great, exactly what I wanted. Makes me want to buy more to have more fun and yes I do have a partner :) Next day postage just love it! Only one negative one box was fairly mangled and if I was giving it as a gift I would of been a little disappointed. Easy site to navigate around and good variety

Ordered on a 48hr promised processing for my in stock products and after acknowledging receipt of my order immediately, 16 days later I haven't heard since. Two emails requesting progress have been ignored and my surprise gift for a special night, blown. I'd rate this zero if available. Suggest don't bother purchasing from this source. Im happy to revise this review if I receive all purchased goods or a total refund!

Made and paid for an order weeks ago and never received my purchase and haven’t been able to receive any response when attempting contact to find out any information from them as to why. Trying to now get advice as to how to get my money back when a company goes ghost?! Such a waste of time.

Avoid. Money taken, nothing shipped or received after 2 weeks, no response to emails, phone is disconnected, can't log in to website. Ergo: a fraudulent website. Avoid.

nowehere to be seen. Sent a polite email that same day (3.5 business days after placing order) and then tried reaching out via their website two days after that. Tried one final email at the conclusion of the 6th business day - all communications were completely ignored. Today marks 10 business days since the order and I'm extremely fed up having tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Phone number is disconnected, all social media accounts are defunct and short of snail mail there appears to be no other way to reach out to Femplay. I'll be contacting the ACCC and my bank and also looking into media options in an effort to get the website/"business" shut down. Even if I end up out of pocket hopefully others can avoid falling into the same trap.

Have purchased from femplay before with great results and no issues. My last purchase however, has not arrived. The company has shut down communication - no phones, no response from emails. So there's no way of enquiring about the order. Since then, I have come here and found that I am not alone. I've contacted the bank and will hopefully get a refund.

Once decent company has clearly changed. Placed order, payment accepted. Waited a reasonable time then messaged and tried to call with no luck, acknowledgement, receipt of item or refund. think because of the nature of what they are selling Femplay may think people might be embarrassed to contact their bank about it. Don’t be shy- it just enriches these criminals who take your money and don’t deliver what they have given an undertaking they will. For those who haven’t placed an order and been ripped off yet, don’t go near these crooks with a barge pole.

I agree with the other reviews, ordered on April 4th, can't phone them many email enquiries about order & no reply! Don't order from them I think they aren't legit?

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Received an order confirmation a week after I placed the order. Have followed up twice, as I hadn’t heard anything about the order being shipped. No replies to date. Complete silence. Unimpressed.

Don't purchase from this online store, taken money but hasn't delivered. Note BBH Corp receives payment (details on Business.gov). Received an invoice email after purchase but no dispatch follow up. Their phone number is disconnected and no response to emails. In progress with disputing transaction with my bank. Have reported on "scam watch"

Femplay confirmed my order three weeks ago and I have heard nothing since, despite my many emails. Phone line not connected - I believe this is part of their scam. I will be reporting them to Department of Fair Trade. Very disappointing. I have asked them to Cancel my order and issue refund. I’m still waiting.

Don't purchase from this online store. They accept purchases but don't dispatch items to buyers. You receive an invoice email after purchase but nothing further. Update- disputed transaction with my bank and got approved for refund. Had spent $700.00 so thankful this worked out well.

No, no, no! Deceptive and dishonest – Terrible experience. Deceptive and dishonest company. My payment was processed at order time. Tried to follow up on order. They ignored my emails. The 1800 number is disconnected. I eventually only received the $10 item on order but not the $100 item. Cannot contact them. Now asking my credit card provider to try get a chargeback refund from merchant.

Do not use. They are taking money but not sending items – Didn’t read reviews as have purchase here over many years. Mistake made. Well had exact same experience as everyone recently. One email response now nothing. No product. Put review on payment site too as they should not be accepting payments for this company.

losing our money. We notice the website is still up and running, and seemingly happy to take your money without delivering goods. Where’s the consumer protection. None existent!!!! Sadly another example of online deception from what we believed was a reputable Australian business.

Disappointed – I have had no problems with this company up until this week. I have purchased something on Wednesday, over a payment plan with Klarna. They have taken the money from my account. But no order has been processed or shipped. No tracking number. No reply to my emails. Will be dealing with Klarna now to cancel this order. Edit* this company has gone bankrupt! So don't use them

Not good – Like everyone I was scammed $200, Ordered back on 27th of December, $200 taken from my account, Haven't heard a word since, Only got the receipt back when I purchased.

RIPPED OFF for Christmas – I ordered in November. Money went straight out of my bank account but no tracking number ever came and all though I’ve tried to call , email have had NO response. All there socials are closed there phones cut off BUT the femplay site still open taking your hard earned money. No Christmas present for my girlfriend . Hope this helps you to not get ripped off.
