I've used for a long time. Fess up Fess, you're idiots to keep flogging this crap. It's a once only purchase or a refund because it doesn't work. Think about that.

The spray function is just SO BAD. It just stops functioning after a few uses and wastes so much product trying to get it to work. It’s very disappointing that they haven’t resolved this issue and I’ve wasted so much money trying to give it another go. Much preferred buying another brand with a well functioning spray!

Doesn't really work at all – Have a cold and forgot to bring my the other product I've been using to work. Pretty much a $12 bottle of useless. I feel no different after using the spray twice as much as is recommended. Very disappointing. Back to the chemist Show details

Great product at first but doesn’t work after a while – When I first used FESS, it was a reliever and got rid of my hay fever problems for a few days. After that, FESS wasn’t as useful. Would recommend if you have light hay fever.  Show reply

Good when the spray works – My son has alot of blocked noses when sleeping. Using the spray helped clear the mucus but the spray didn't always spray the solution so I used alot of the solution getting the spray to work properly. Better to use the drops presentation by the same people. Also there should be refills available because the package is so small.

OK – This is a good effective product which helped me to breathe a bit better when I get a really blocked dusty feeling in my nose. Overall, this is a good product which does what it says on the box. and it did help to clear my sinuses and helped me feel better. Once you get used to the spray, its great to use. You have to be careful to not tickle yourself in the nose when you spray it, so you it takes a couple of sprays to get it right.
