Addictive and dangerous
I would prefer to not give this product a star! I was warned by my pharmacist not to use this product for more than 3 days as it can become addictive and she was right. 18 months later I cannot breath through my nose without spraying it at least once or twice daily. The sinus pain becomes unbearable and is of course relieved within minutes of spraying with Sudafed. It’s a vicious cycle and I’m struggling to stop use as I cannot find a safe alternative that offers the same quality of relief. I would never recommend anybody start using Sudafed it’s addictive and the long term affects are not worth the initial relief it provides. Should be banned from the market!

Amazing product can breathe and taste.
This is amazing within minutes I can breathe perfectly from a really bad blocked nose and has helped with the dripping, I don’t normally review products unless they are worth talking about, go get some!
Purchased in July 2019 at Chemist Warehouse.

Instant Relief of nose running like a tap
I woke up 3am with a nose just running like a tap, feeling like I'm getting a cold/flu feeling terrible. I took some Panadeine forte which I have for spinal arthritis and i'm still feeling pretty bad with my nose just non stop dripping. I remembered I had Sudafed Nasal Decongestant, so I had 2 sprays in each nostril and it stopped instantly. I didn't think it would work as my runny nose wouldn't allow a spray to go against the tide. It worked and I would recommended Sudafed Nasal Decongestant :)
Amazing
Works brilliantly for my blocked sinuses clears out my sinus as well as relieving my head congestion. Highly recommended this to anyone that suffers with sinus problems works great for me!!

Helped me breathe again!
Got a sudden cold with horrible blocked nose and sinuses. Couldn't get much sleep for 3 nights in a row. Tried a different brand first, and it didn't work so well. Chemist recommended Sudafed nasal decongestant and it worked amazing. Have had 2 great night's sleeps so far, with more on the way. Thanks :)
first day use is ok,after three days it is more worst
this SUDAFED® Nasal Decongestant spray is not good for me. Now my throat swellen and heavy cough. I have itching throat and cough whole day and night 5 days, Can not sleep at night. I see the doctor she gave other Actacode Codeine Linctus Oral Liquid, then a little better. Not not recommended this spray.
Next time please see doctor first if you got flu or any silk. As the chemist staff not much know all the products.

Wish I'd known how well this works years ago!
I had a nose job less than 3 weeks ago and came down with the flu + sinus infection 4 days ago. To say I have been in agony would be an understatement, it hurts more than the nose job itself! Even pain killers (including codeine) weren't really helping, and I hardly needed any after surgery.
I was looking up easy ways to get Sudafed or Codral with the pseudoephedrine, chemists always treat you like a drug dealer and tell you they don't stock it, and when you're sick the last thing you need is to haul yourself out of your jammies to a chemist...
Read more for relief only to be treated like a criminal. I stumbled across Sudafed spray and read these reviews and decided it was worth a shot. Oh. My. God. This stuff actually works. I have been couch ridden for the last 4 days, and my symptoms have actually worsened today, and the worst part is I can't really blow my nose because my nose is still healing, but this spray has taken away 90% of my congestion, and my headache is slowly but surely fading away. Won't even be bothering with tablets from now on, this stuff is the business.Abby

First bottle worked a charm
I have a horrible cold and can’t stand having a blocked nose, so I went through a bottle pretty quickly. I would have rated it 5 Stars, it gave me all day/night relief.
When I ran out I went to the chemist for another bottle. This one literally doesn’t work at all! I use it as directed, and my nose goes a bit runny before blocking up completely after only a minute...
Not too sure what’s going on with this one :(

Works very well
After trying the sudafed tablets, which I found useless, I tried the nasal spray. Much better! It clears the nose and keeps it clear for many hours. I highly recommend it for colds, sinus problems, or hayfever

The ONLY nasal spray that actually works !
I have get nasty hayfever
I have tried four type of sprays the only one that works is Sudafed, but there is a procedure to observe. I do this before bed.
You must clear your nose and then use one spray per nostril. WAIT 5-10 min and repeat. I find saline spray helps clear the nose .
But a warning...I only use this product once a day as its too easy to get relief develop a dependancy.
Worked great
I have a terrible flu and my nose was so blocked I couldn't even sniffle or inhale to get the spray up in my nose.. I sprayed 1 spray in each and had my head upside down and another squirt after it loosened up and 5 minutes later my whole nose cleared. I can breath perfectly now and I'm able to go to sleep.. worked amazingly for me.

Doesn't work don't waste your money!!
I have this horrible cold at the moment I used the expensive sudafed and it didn't work. I have tried using it with codral cold n flue tablets and they don't work either!!! All I want is a good nights sleep. . . And you know what is finally working for me?! Eucalpytus oil. Binkly bills gonna hate me after I kill all his eucalptus trees for my nose. Argghh.
