Great support for blocked nose – I often get allergies. Especially when the weather changes, sneezing 6-10 times per day has been a big challenge for me. Sneezing I could endure but the blockage is terribly not. A co-worker introduced me to Flo Sinus spray fast forward to now it has been my holy grail whenever my allergies attack. It's easy to use and very handy. I could bring it anywhere, highly recommended for people suffering from blockage due to allergy. Show details

Great for CPAP users – The thing about using a cpap ventilator with a nasal seal is you can NOT have a blocked nose. To ensure good sleeps i would use decongestant nose sprays and eventually I ended up with an irritated and blocked nose every day. My son who's a medic suggested this flo rinse and it has been fantastic and I now have a clear nose without the irritation every night. Show details

Great for sinusitis! – I had acute sinusitis after Covid, went through 3 GPs, 2 antibiotic treatments, 1 expensive medicated nose spray. This little bottle finally helped me to clear it out! No more pain on the face. Anyone who suffers from sinusitis should know this product! Show details

Effective and simple to use – I was introduced to Flo while at a clinic for chronic bronchitis. In recent days I have been using an equivalent product, "NeilMed Sinus Rinse", with identical effect. (Simply that it came with more sachets.) I decided to resume this process as my Withings Sleep Analyzer indicated a sleep apnea issue. At present, and it is early days, the Analyzer indicates a marked improvement with sleep apnea, reducing from 39 per hour to 11 per hour. Show details ·  1

Easy use for good relief – I am using this to help relieve sinus pain. It was tricky to use for the first time but I easily got use to it. I found that after a few uses there was immediate evidence of removal of buildup that was causing me pain. You do have to use it daily, or more, for it to be effective and provide long lasting relief. Show details

It's been great! – I use a CPAP machine and have been more congested lately. So I have started to try out this kit and got hooked. It has been relieving my sinuses so well. In addition, when I got sick with the flu, it really cleared things up every few hours. It doesn't dry out your nose as some say. Definitely recommend trying it out. I recommend using warm water… Read more

when using it because cold water can make you feel dizzy for a while. And always use the satchels, never use just water.

Several design flaws – I have recently had nasal surgery, and am actively using this kit 6 times a day as part of the aftercare. It has 3 key flaws: 1) The cone shape nozzle, while all cute and pretty, does not make it easy to insert into a swollen and sore nose and direct the jet towards the back of the head. 2) The friction fit plastic pipe regularly falls out when… Read more

shaking the bottle to mix the powder in, especially after slightly warming the sterile water to body temperature. You then have to open it up again, and now touch the pipe, defeating the whole point of remaining sterile. 3) Due to the cone shape nozzle dictating the bases profile, it has very little mechanical strength. As a result when screwing the nozzle on, you end up squeezing 20% of the water out, regardless of how careful you are.

On a positive note, the powder is very good, and does not sting at all.

Really works and the kids want to use it! – When we have cold, allergies, hay fever, or uncomfortable blocked noses my family and I reach for Flo Sinus Spray! Using tissues left our noses red, irritated, with unsightly chaffed skin that took days to heal. They were also ineffective and create a lot of waste that was expensive and bad for the environment!… Additionally, because the kids were… Read more

frustrated with tissues not working, they would pick their noses, which was highly embarrassing in public places and caused messy nose bleeds (and more environmentally bad tissue waste)! I would also often worry that they would hurt themselves or do damage picking their noses… but Flo has completely solved this problem and avoided damage to their noses too! Flo is a fantastic alternative that actually works to clear the Flo of air into the nasal passages! It’s so gentle, non-medicated, completely natural, preservative free solution that doesn’t irritate at all, meaning I had no qualms about using it throughout my pregnancy, breastfeeding whilst my children were toddlers right up to their current ages of 4 and 7 years old. My children are also sensitive, fussy and resistant to trying or using anything new! Yet they loooove Flo, and actually ask to use it when they are experiencing those uncomfortable blocked noses! They find it easy, fun and pleasant to use! It’s a refreshing, effective relief from stuffy noses allowing our entire family to breathe easy! Given it’s non-medicated, it’s non-habit forming and I allow my family to use it as often as they like without any worries. No more embarrassing nose picking, no more red, irritated noses, no more piles of unsanitary tissues around the house, no more worry if they are damaging their noses! I can’t recommend Flo highly enough! It’s been a real saviour for my family and I!

Flo Sinus Care Kit – Absolutely enjoying it. I am diagnosed with a chronic sinusitis and hayfever. Washing my nostrils with Flo helps clearing the congestion. I use Flo nozoil spray after wash and it helps me with managing my allergy. Now I sneeze less and my nose doesn’t get as congested. It works a lot better than prescription medicine. I got it from Chemist Warehouse although today i noticed it’s a lot cheaper if purchased from Amcal. Show details

Amazing product – I never heard about this product until I was 36 and Im literally wondering how I havent known about this up until now. Recommend for my son by his ent specialist, however, decided to give it a go myself when I got struck down with a nasty cold during pregnancy. I could not breathe out of either nostril, I was so congested. This stuff is just… Read more

Very easy and effective – It's extremely easy to use. Don't read too much into the reviews from people claiming that there's something wrong with it because they thought saline solution got stuck in their naval cavity. Doctors recommend doing this so that's hardly a valid negative review for this product. Show details

Completely washed out all the crap! – I have a summer cold and my nasal passage and sinuses just felt blocked up. Gently pushing the saline through all sorts of debris and mucus was cleared out. So satisfying to have increased breathing capacity back so will be using again!

This gave me sinus pain! – Used this to help unblock my nose when I had a cold. Used it as instructed and no problems until later that day I developed severe pressure in my sinuses causing a horrible headache and then bad sinus pain. Tried again the next day with the same problems. Stopped using it and the pain went away. I'm assuming the fluid had become trapped in my… Read more

Good for clearing out your nose and sinus issues – I purchased the pump and refill pack of sachets for sinus and allergy relief. The pump is pretty easy to use but if filled to the line as stated on the bottle it is difficult to shake it so that the solution dissolves without it coming out the top hole at the same time and under the rim of the bottle where you have screwed it on. It works… Read more

quite effectively if you breathe out through your mouth as you spray upwards into each nostril over the bathroom basin. I preferred to add a tad of hot/warm water to the cold water too.

Only problem I found with the bottle is that when you squeeze up into the nostril you also lose saline solution from the rim of the bottle too. That needs to be corrected in the bottle modelling or plastic used by the company really.
