Wish I'd had this sooner – We have been tossing up whether it was worth the investment to an electric nasal aspirator, and after a few weeks of use, I'm so glad we did. Works the best when paired with a saline spray, to really help clear it out. Highly recommend this device, wish we had got it sooner!

The best nasal aspirator and customer service – I have 2 of it, it’s the best I have used as my babies have allergies. They are comfortable and doesn’t hurt my babies’ noses. Collects a lot of snot and is easy to use and clean. I had some issues but customer support (Marilee) have gone above and beyond in resolving my issues. Just my experience – I loved this product it did everything that it was supposed to. My children however hate it! Have to hold them down to use. But it works. On to my second one - waste of money – Stopped working randomly after 6 months, received a replacement after going to hell and back. Now the second one has also stopped working after 6 months?! Best snot sucker on the market – We tried the manual one you pump with your hand. Tried the one you suck with your mouth and after those two we ordered this oricom. This is the worst thing I have ever purchased – This is the actual worst product on the market. Emailed them for a replacement, asked for a receipt, model number etc. Sent it through to them, and they have requested I post the old one back.. a used , germy bacteria filled snot sucking machine.. in the post.. where not only Australia post have to interact with the parcel but the people who collect the post and process returns have to touch it? It's actually really gross and they have no idea that I havent used it for covid-19 purposes, yet they are happy to have me send and for multiple people interact with it to have the aspirator returned.

Great if your mucus isn't thick – Would have loved this product if it was effective for us. My son has very thick stringy mucus and even when using saline solution it still wasn't powerful enough to clear out the gunk in his sinuses. Oricom support is amazing – I bought the product the first time my newborn caught the cold. It worked like a charm, unfortunately it seized working. However, the support team got in contact straight away and were more than happy to replace it. Saved my baby from breathing difficulty! – My baby had breathing difficulty last night due to mucus blocking it and kept crying. We tried using this nasal aspirator with the longer end to suck the mucus out. Tried a few times and it saved my baby and he's back to his happy state. Would like to suggest giving a smaller hole end as well because newborn's nose hole is still very small. Show details ·  1

Used on a newborn – My little man is 5 weeks old and has had a congested nose for a few weeks. The nasal aspirator comes with two different silicone tips. The thin one works best for someone so young. The shorter one won’t fit in his nostril yet but will be great when he is older. Love that it’s gentle on his nose and has two different suction types. Great Product! Clears Nose Effectively – I have tried the nasal aspirator with my two children. I find the shorter attachment great for my 18 month as it is easier to get into her larger nostril when she is moving around a lot. better for my newborn as she has quite small nostrils and it fits perfectly inside. The shorter attachment doesn’t quite go deep enough into her nostril for a thorough clean. I like that the attachments are soft and flexible, and I feel confident that my child is safe when I’m putting them into her nose. The two suction levels are good, I found the slower speed good for getting rid of any external mucus, and the higher speed was great for mucus deeper into their nostrils. It even gets those dried ones out when her breathing sounds obstructed. Great product, very handy, and easy to clean. And I love that it is rechargeable, and the battery life is amazing.
