We had our bathroom and powder room fully renovated by a very respected company in June 2025 and they recommended the Fienza back-to-wall suite. We went with their advice and installed the Fienza back-to-wall suite. It has been over 6 months now and the toilet continually gets blocked and looks dirty even after being cleaned thoroughly, regularly,… Read more

ie 2 to 3 times per week. Everything else in our bathroom is perfect except for this toilet. We are extremely disappointed and will be asking the renovation company to not suggest this product to their future clients. We will now have to endure the cost of replacing the toilet due to the terrible design and constant problems.

I couldn’t understand why my meticulous cleaning habits of 45 years were suddenly not up to scratch, until I read the other reviews. The bowl stains regardless of regular (twice weekly) bleaching, and bowl scrubbing. It somehow also stinks. After coming home from a day out, lift the lid and it smells like I’m in a public urinal. It’s… Read more

horrendous. Brand new toilets and they can’t be cleaned. Purely revolting- and a huge quantity of bleach going into the wastewater system. I can’t get rid of three stain lines down the back. Just horrible.

Don’t recommend. Terrible design – Same experience as multiple other reviews. The reviewer who said this toilet will destroy your soul was pretty accurate ! Needs multiple flushes, is basically just plain gross Show details

Terrible Toilet – Shocking design! Please don't waste your money. The Toilet shelf does not sit in water, so everthing skids along the shelf. You need to clean it after each flush, and you often have to flush several times Show details

THIS IS THE WORST TOILET – If I could give zero stars I would. We were told this was a high quality toilet and didn’t check the product reviews before we purchased unfortunately. Our bad. If I had I definitely would not have purchased it. It takes up to 3 flushes each and every time. There isn’t enough water to flush and the toilet paper just goes round and round and will… Read more

not flush. It’s embarrassing for the user as the waste does not flush. DO NOT BUY this toilet. It is so disappointing!

Terrible Design - Don't Buy! – Brought two of these toilets in Oct 24 had them installed by a qualified plumber and already planning on removing them asap. They're not fit for purpose. Our previous toilet (20 years old) never blocked. We only changed it as it was starting to leak, it worked however. What a waste of money. Cost to install 2 units with new valves was $1800.… Read more

Basic design problem is its flush volume too low and the trap area where the waste lands is small, so when you flush it can't escape. Resulting in frequent blockage. I didn't check the reviews before we bought, it's 2024 I thought toilet technology was mature by now.

The Worst Toilet.. Everything sticks – If only I'd read the reviews!! Just built a house and installed 4 of these 'not fit for purpose' toilets (model K005A). Fienza advertises "Hygienic Nano-Glaze protection". This is rubbish! Everything sticks to this toilet and multiple flushes does nothing. The design is extremely poor. Not much water is fed into the cistern. This requires multiple flush attempts- wasting a lot of water.

Poor flushing design – Agree with previous reviewers. Very poor design. Bowl needs to be brushed clean after every use as the water does not wash over the bowl. Also have to flush several times - not enough water volume for each flush. Show details

I do NOT recommend this toilet – Recently bought (April 2024) and installed 2 Fienza Aluca Tornado toilets. Really wishing we hadn't. Have had constant issues with waste and even just toilet paper flushing away and also with it overflowing and leaking. The first block happened within days of it being fitted, by my reliable and reputable plumber as they had already installed new… Read more

toilets in our previous property, with no issues (they were different toilets, not this product). This is a dreadful product and I am going to contact the company who recommended and sold this product and will end up replacing both toilets and no doubt be out of pocket for this whole sorry experience.

A great toilet if you accept the limitations of toilets under 20 years old – As a person working in the industry the Fienza toilets are my currant go to that I recommend and use in my own house. The Delta is the latest of 3 toilets from different brands I have installed in my bathrooms over the last 15 years. In my experience the complaints people have with modern toilets goes across the board with all modern designs.… Read more

They are only flushing with 4.5 litres. If peoples old toilets are over 20 years they flushed with 12 litres, and over 30-40 years they were closer to 20litres. Depending on people diets they can all can need a bit of a brush or an extra flush. The Rimless pans do a better job of focusing the water pressure where it is needed. The extra height of the pan is easier on old knees worn out by years of crouching and lifting heavy items. The removable seats make it easier to clean and retighten if the brackets come loose. Bleach should never be used to clean any toilet seat because it will yellow all seats and melt the rubber buffers.

One problem after another – We installed this toilet a little over 5 months ago during our home renovation. Last month the toilet seat mechanism rolled. After being told that it’s not part of the warranty but they kindly offered a replacement seat. How on earth was I suppose to read every brand’s product review before buying just a toilet? It was recommended to me by… Read more

Tradeslink in Bayswater and I took their word. When the staff there requested the seat replacement for me, they were told it wasn’t part of the warranty and that the fact is the mechanism can roll easily and can’t be fixed by the user. The guy on the phone simply said “You’re joking!” when he heard that the mechanism rolls easily and you can’t fix that yourself. How good is this? In my whole life, I’ve never had to deal with toilets with such problems. Old toilets might be old to very old but no problem. But this brand new one just sucks and won’t allow you to enjoy living in a renovated house.

This toilet should be banned – I should have read these reviews first. Bought this in the end of 2022. It needs multiple flushes due to horrible design which keeps the water level in the bowl super low. Only 2 inches of water stays in the bowl. No matter what adjustment you do. Their excuse is the "water saving rates/stars". But you will need to flush again and again to clean… Read more

it properly every time you use it. Where is the water saving ?? The designer of this never used a toilet before? The designer of this never cleaned a toilet ? Not hygienic at all. Disgusting! How the hell was this approved ? I paid 2 plumbers for this horrible product. One to install and another one to try to fix the water level issue. No solution. They said to be the design. AUD$ 500.00 for the product plus plumbers rates in the bin.

Leaks and wastes water – We had two Fienza toilets put in in 2019. We regret it enormously. We have had non stop problems. Other reviews here state the same problems that we have experienced. But in addition, the cistern of BOTH of our toilets leaks into the bowl and despite having spent a significant sum replacing seals they STILL leak. We have found the customer follow… Read more

up through our installer, Symcorp has not solved the problem. We are extremely disappointed with the poor design and quality of Fienza.

Don’t buy this toilet! – since fitting 2 of these toilets we have 2 bathrooms that stink of urine. Forever cleaning them, I clean all around inside and outside, yet they still stink. In 50 years of home ownership and toilet cleaning I have never had this problem. We bought a replacement seat, because we thought that was where the smell was coming from, but this made no difference.

Horrible! – Toilet gets clogged far too frequently. Flushes water out of bowl if lid not closed, if lid is closed water splashes on under side of lid. The plastic of the seat/lid stains very easily and is hard to keep clean. I would never buy this product again. STAY AWAY! Show details

Feral toilet! You will regret after every flush! – This toilet never flushes properly. Particularly the rear and sides of the bowl. Faeces sticks to this bowl every time without fail. It also splashes water out on flushing. Believe me this toilet will destroy your soul. You will actually use more water due to the amount of re flushes you need to do every time you use it. Very happy with Fienza Delta Toilet – I am very happy with my new Fienza Delta Back-to-Wall Toilet Suite. I like the design and the higher seat and it works very well. The reduced amount of water used when flushing has not been a problem and I am pleased to be saving water. The odd time when I need to double flush or clean the bowl has not been much different from my old pre 2006… Read more ·  1

In June 2006 the Australian government introduced laws that required new toilets to use less water during flushing. Before June 2006 most toilets used three times more water when flushing.

Do not buy FIENZA – Fitted out 2 bathroom renos with Fienza throughout..... 2 years later - the mirrors on the bathroom cabinets look antique, they have eroded all around the outside; the cupboards are not great quality either. I would not purchase anything Fienza again. * I contacted them and they would not replace the mirrors as it was outside the 12 month warranty period.

ok so far – We installed this toilet into our future retirement home. We don't live there yet, but we do visit frequently to repair and maintain. It is a higher sitting toilet. I don't mind it, my knees and hips are stiff so i don't have to sit as low. The nano coating isn't as advertised, I agree with the other comments regarding this. I selected the model… Read more

where the water inlet is inside the cistern to reduce the amount of cleaning required, no tap or pipe to collect dust. But this was BC (before corona). Because the water inlet is inside the cistern, you can't attach a seat top bidet or any sort of wash system in times of no toilet paper availability. But so far its OK, however it doesn't get used everyday.

Rimless more hygienic-i think not! – This toilet is the worst. Nano glaze is marketing, everything sticks due to the terrible contours of the bowl. The rimless design is bad for girls, splashback and up under the seat creating smelly pockets under the seat and top of bowl that don't get rinsed with the flush. Poorly designed. Have to clean this toilet every day to stop it stinking.

Not Living up to expectations – Bought a brand new unit for a home reno. The Hygienic Nano-Glaze is clearly a advertising ploy. Our toilet does not stay clean, we are so disappointed. With four children it is worse than our 40 year old toilet we were living with before. Very disappointed.

Terrible Toilet – Bought a brand new unit for home renovation due because it's rimless pan and Hygienic Nano-Glaze for hygiene and cleanliness. Failed to stay clean, doesn't flush the entire pan. Performs worse than my 20 y.o. Caroma toilet... I'm thoroughly disappointed. This is also a taller unit for those who are still considering getting it.
