Worst strata – Please don’t trust this strata. They only charge our money without doing anything.

Proactive, helpful and responsive – Our strata scheme in Westmead moved to First Community (Strata) Management about 2 years ago. Our strata manager is Annais and she is excellent. Service is prompt, advice is excellent and cost is reasonable. We were with another very large strata management company who were bought out by an overseas company and are now part of the PICA group. Expensive and the level of service they offered declined year on year, even though the costs escalated.

Moving to First Community (Strata) Management was the best decision.
