My partner and I purchased 2 bikes, a UB600 and a UB400. They were easy to assemble using the detailed and clear online instructions. I am impressed by their build quality at a reasonable price whereas similar quality bikes from other brands started at $4000. The gears shift smoothly and are easy to use, the handlebar display is detailed with a large clear colour screen and I love the integrated lights. The seat is very comfortable and riding position excellent with easy adjustment for the height and position of the handlebars and seat. Riding the bike is a pleasure with multiple combinations of the gears and 5 power levels. I am 70 years old and cruise along varying terrain of flat and hills at about 20-25 km/hr often reaching 40km/hr on slight downhills. Previously on my pedal bike the hills and head wind were a challenge and discouraged me from riding too far but now I simply increase the power and adjust the gears and cruise along at a good pace. I am impressed that you can vary the power output to suit the effort you want to exert so you can set the power to one or zero when you want a work out or bump it up get along fast with little effort. As you can see I am impressed with my choice and highly recommend Fishaw to prospective purchasers.

Fantastic e bike!! – I purchased my e bike on line and Jenny was most helpful. Delivery was quick and efficient. the Fishaw and decided to go for it. I was a bit nervous at buying it online sight unseen. But since it arrived and I’ve been using it I have no regrets. Firstly it was very easy to put together and the instructions were amazing. Well done to whoever put them together because they are fantastic. I live in a very hilly area with some long steep hills to climb and this ebike has made riding to work a dream! I love everything about it! The display is terrific and easy to use. The bike is a great fit for me, and I was worried it could be a little small as I’m 175cm tall, but I needn’t have been concerned. The seat is also one of the most comfortable bike seats I’ve ever ridden on. I’m not a usual bike rider and have had no soreness at all. The lights are great, the reflective tyres are great, the rear rack is great (and I have attached a large basket to it no problems), the brakes are great, the handle grips are great. I also have the Fishaw phone mount and can charge my phone from the display unit as I’m riding! And I do think it’s a very smart looking bike. I honestly can’t fault it.

rolling hills on power setting 1-2 you should get near 80-100+km depending on your level of effort. Battery TICK So for a small to medium commute,a great comfortable bike ,that you should enjoy riding. TICK For the more experienced older rider trying to keep with fellow bike riders ,the software is easy to navigate for quicker ride. TICK I’d easy recommend this bike for the newer rider and especially for the more experienced rider, I’ll do 50-70 + km on my rides. 2 cons but only for the experienced rider ,different handle bars needed and possibly a different size cluster and derailleur if possible. value for money. We tried them out in Southport and they met all our expectations. The staff do not have to sell the bikes, they sell themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company's communication is excellent.

stuff on it but the interesting one was 'walk assist', where you don't have to push the bike anywhere, it pulls you along at a walking pace by holding down a button.

Everyone impressed. By the price too.

Great bike – This bike has made riding a breeze. My partner and I now ride most days and the dog comes too. My only negative is the bike is about an inch too high for me so my balance at stop and start can be a bit off. I have just ordered platform sneakers to hopefully fix the issue.  Show details ·  2

Riding up hills is now so easy thanks to having electric assistance – Previously, it took me approx. 1 and 1/2 hours to cycle 10-12 kms. With my electric bike I can now ride the same distance in half the time. More importantly, I can conquer this hill that goes up and up and up with ease. Show details ·  1

Great Mid Drive EBike – Bike arrived promptly and great communications from the Fishaw team. Very Easy to setup, have had for a couple of weeks now and the the Pedal Assist is great for my wife to keep up with me on rides around our local town. 9 levels of assistance and she can now make all the hills in the area with ease.
