Should have bought a Smeg – For the price you pay this oven isn't really worth the investment. It has a lovely design, but it's pointless if it doesn't work properly and can't get it repaired. Even though I'm only 40 minutes from the GPO. So despite spending more than 5 hours on the phone over several days to get it repaired, no one at F&P follows up, lots of promises but no-one comes through. I'm stuck with a $5000 oven that doesn't work properly. In our previous home we owned a Smeg (about half the price) and after 15 years never skipped a beat and having it serviced was never an issue.

Despite the servicing issues, I can't see the value of buying this oven compared with say a Smeg or an Ilve. It's not very intuitive to use, too many bells and whistles and not enough focus on usability. Got sucked in with the styling of this one. Very disappointing. Not recommended.
