Hi my clothes stuck inside the dryer and dryer asking for error 12 i need service how i can open the drum to take out my clothes from dryer..??

I have an 8kg Fisher & Paykel dryer model DEXI1. The display was always flickering and difficult to read. This is typical in our area because of the salt air so I simply dismantled it and gave it a decent clean, then reassembled. The display is now good but doesn't want to start. I hear the "clunk" sound of the door closing several times, then it displays the message "Service required. Error code 12". What does that mean?
What is code 21? l have just had a new lint drum fitted now saying needs service code 21

Sorry Bronwyn I have no idea. I got rid of this product 2-3 years ago.

We were not able to find a RRP for this item as it was discontinued in January 2012.
