Extremely noisy even on the lowest setting. Not very good at capturing and extracting all the vapors from cooking. Buttons are difficult to operate. The single filter is too large to fit in the dishwasher for cleaning.

Good looking [Content Removed] product make and design – Don't buy!!! Good looking [Content Removed] product. Broke down just after 2yrs of warranty and cannot be repaired.... Have to buy New one. Reason- company technician assessment says not maintaining the appliance which I tend to disagree I have maintained the appliance appropriately

Very disappointed – It is extremely noisy, I end up turning it off. The design look is good and it function well. They sent out a service man who found loose plastic pieces in the vent, once removed this made it slightly quieter, but still extremely quiet. When I bought it in-store it didn’t make that sound.
DO NOT BUY – DO NOT PURCHASE - This range hood is not efficient, and it is so loud in operation - For the cost it is a joke!!

Caused cupboard damage - Only has good looks! – As like many of these reviews, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RANGEHOOD if you want something that works. Other than its sleak modern look, it has a design flaw in that it does not cover sufficient area over the hotplate and has only the last 2/3 of the rangehood as suction area. This has damaged our new cupboards and F&P have sent their employee technicians to put a blame on pathetic reasons, and not take responsibility and repair the damaged cupboards. And is much noisier than in store where there is no flue ducting.
Most of the smoke and steam is not captured or gets caught in the button area. if you want looks (which is what most people have bought this for) then buy this, if you want functionality then chose any other product , with a slide out.
