So far so good – No issues. Inner light is a nice touch, quieter than the old german manufactured Bosch. Will update if (when) issues eventually arise. Average 4-5 loads a week. Machine makes a slight high pitched noise just being plugged in - turn it off at the wall because of this. Extended replacement warranty to five years.

5 weeks in doesn’t work – This was purchased early December from Harvey Norman Narre Warren, we moved into our new home and unboxed late December. Everything was fine at first, now 5 weeks on and now we have error messages and no longer works. 1 week for a brand new washing machine to have a technician to check it while I struggle with 2 kids school/kinder uniform? What sort of business practice is this? Terrible customer support, it should be replaced instantly at 5 weeks old.

Buy Bosch people, I had that machine for 8 years without a hiccup, didn’t even need to be replaced just thought something new in the new home would be nice. Avoid Fisher & Paykel.
