So far, my experience with Fit Litter hasn't been that great! I ordered express postage and although AusPost did indeed meet the express timeframe, it took Fit Litter 3 days to actually send the litter. Unfortunately, they sent my item on a Friday, so I wouldn't receive it until the Monday. That means that it took 5 to 6 days to actually get it!… Read more

I honestly feel like that I should've just gone 5 minutes down the road to my local Petbarn to get it!

When I received it, I was absolutely flabbergasted at how much it tells you to put it in the litter tray! No wonder why they claim it last so long! Because you're required to use so much! I had to go out and spend $150 on new litter trays to ensure that it would fit!

The dust! It's absolutely horrible! There's just so much of it that our air purifiers have been going at max capacity since pouring!

Don't get me started on the litter tracking! It gets absolutely everywhere and the colour of the litter blends in with my floors! So that means that you don't know that it's there until you step on it!

Now lets talk about it's odour control. My cat took a pee and guess what! I could smell it straight away! There's absolutely no odour control whatsoever. Even after "stirring/swirling" the litter.

The only positive I've got with this litter and the colour changing based off of PH level.

The clumping litter that I used didn't have any of the above issues. I feel like I was sucked in with the deceptive marketing and it quiet honestly is not worth the price you pay! I'm cleaning more than I was with my old clay litter and our air purifiers are working extra hard to get rid of the dust. If the crystals don't work out than I may try their paper litter!

I'll update this review in 4 weeks based upon my experience.

I’ve been using Fitlitter crystal cat litter for years now and honestly wouldn’t switch to anything else. Both of my cats took to it immediately with no adjustment period at all, which was such a relief because one of my cats can be quite picky with litter changes. What I love most is how long it lasts — one bag easily lasts me a full month with… Read more

two cats. I simply scoop the poop daily, flush it down the toilet, and stir the crystals around to keep everything fresh and evenly absorbent. It stays surprisingly odour-free compared to other litters I’ve tried, and there’s far less mess and tracking around the house.

A huge benefit for me personally is that my male cat suffers from a urinary condition where his bladder forms crystals. Because Fitlitter is a crystal litter, it makes it much easier to monitor urine colour and changes, which gives me peace of mind and helps me keep an eye on his health between vet visits.

Overall, it’s been incredibly convenient, hygienic, and reliable. After years of use, I can confidently say it’s been amazing for both my cats and for making litter maintenance so much easier.

Highly recommend!

I tried this for a period of 6 months, it does not last 30 days. I was changing it every 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes less as the smell was too much, the mix in method did more harm than good and in the end my cat ended up refusing to use it and… Read more

urinating outside her litter box. She was also grooming herself more than usual, I noticed there was a fine dust attracting to her fur, and litter particles on her paws and tail, she was ingesting this litter which lead to her rapid decline in health. It also tracks everywhere and unbeknownst to me my cat ended up getting very sick, a year later I had to make a difficult decision as she suffered a serious health issue that the vet could not explain but assumed it was kidney or liver damage, by ingesting this litter and the dust that accumulated in her fur I soon realised this litter was the main cause to her rapid health decline, my cat was active, clean and happy, after using this litter she was never the same, I reverted back to her previous litter but it was a struggle to make her use it again. This litter is a danger to feline health and the claims they state it is much better than other litters is false advertising. I highly recommend not buying this litter or using it at all.

It also states it has a urine tracking feature that monitors your cats health, there was no change in colour only a change in her health, by this time I was too late to save her ongoing health issue. What I thought would be the best litter option for my cat sadly ended up being a never ending health battle and I had to make the tough decision to sadly have her put down. Do not buy this litter and do not believe the hype. It’s dangerous and a major health hazard for felines

I’ve used Fit Litter for 4 months now with one kitten (currently 6 months old). I was excited to try it after seeing so many rave reviews, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to the hype for us. Despite carefully following all the instructions and keeping the litter box in a well-ventilated, dry room, the litter doesn’t last 30 days as claimed… Read more

— at best, we get around 21 days of effective odour control.

Tracking is a major issue, even with the Fit Litter mat. We’re vacuuming twice a day just to keep things tidy. I’ve also noticed a light powdery residue from the litter settling on our cat’s coat, which used to be smooth and shiny. The odour from the used litter seems to cling to his fur as well.

Unfortunately, we won’t be continuing with this product.
