Fitbit Sense watch its glass screen didn’t last – The glass screen of my Fitbit Sense watch chipped at the corner in January 2025. I wasn’t aware of any strong impact, knocks, or mishandling. The chip/crack was discovered the following morning after a 5-hour flight. Previously, I had a Fitbit Ionic, which was replaced with the Sense after the recall in April 2022. I used the Ionic for about four… Read more

years, and its screen remained scratch-free. I’m very surprised that the glass screen of the Sense didn’t last.

Apparently, the glass screen is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which has the following characteristics: - **Scratch resistance:** Up to four times more scratch-resistant than other aluminosilicate glasses. - **Damage resistance:** Can withstand deep cuts, pressure, and scratches. - **Touch sensitivity:** Offers accurate touch sensitivity. - **Surface quality:** Provides outstanding surface quality.

So, why did it chip or crack now?

unreliable quality. Great watch until it dies, – I got my first fitbit Ionic as a Christmas gift in 2017. loved it. It died in 2019, did not quite make 2 years. I got onto Fitbit who replaced the device without questions with a brand new one. Then in early 2022, Fitbit announced it is no longer supporting the Ionic and replaced it with a new model. I received a voucher and a huge discount which… Read more

meant I could get a new Sense. This worked fine for about 18 months, after which it died. I called fitbit. IT was replaced. This meant I was onto my 4th fitbit in 5 years. I've had problems synching my fitbit to my android phone and the way I was able to resolve this was to restart both devices and the bluetooth connection reset itself. This morning, my alarm failed to go off. I had 40% charge last night. The watch is completely dead. Fitbit support now sends me into an endless loop. I have had it with this device. 7.5 years of struggle is enough. I think I am done with this product.

Fitbit sense 2 – The fitbit sense 2 is a dud. Mine won't gps map runs, a critical feature of fitbit senses. Spent hours reading through forums, and there is nobody at fitbit/ google to take responsibility. I have been a fitbit user for around 12 years with this my 4th and last device. When a product doesn't "do what it says on the box", it's time to move on.

Stay away from Fitbit Products – I would not recommend anyone buying a Fitbit because if you have an issue you will NOT get any support from Fitbit or Google who now owns Fitbit. Stay away and don’t buy Fitbit products. I had great support from Fitbit before Google took over.

Rubbish product. Don't waste your money – I so wish I had read these reviews first but FItbit had a good rep and I looked on YouTube. - Supposed to have a function that records your sleep. But it only records part of it. I go to bed about 9:00 and get up at 5:00 but it says I slept for only 1 hour or so, and only records the last part of my sleep. Every night. - I woke up and looked at… Read more

my watch it it told me I had taken 4 steps already although I was still lying down in but - but even worse, I got up an took the 15 steps to the loo and suddenly I had done 44 steps. Nothing is accurate apart from the time and date. - even though I have set up the take calls function on the phone, it doesn't work - I can't change the temperature to Celsius even though I have followed the instructions and it says Celsius in app I am so disappointed in this so called fitness device. It is useless.

I used up valuable Flybuys points to get this so I can't put in the price and there is no option to choose Flybuys as the store.

Don't waste your time – I got this as a father's day gift and I am so bummed. It is a pain to set up It's not easy to use Everything I've done I've had to google and YouTube to figure out. Fitbits customer service was terrible. The best thing about it will be the refund my wife gets when she takes it back. Show details

Loyal customer very disappointed – When my versa 2 fell apart after many years of wear I went straight to my nearest store to purchase a new fitbit. After looking through the features I decided to spend big and get a sense 2. I have never been more disappointed in a product. I have been a loyal fitbit wearer since the very first one came out that you had to clip to your clothes. … Read more

I have constant trouble getting it to sync. It often doesn’t turn on when I lift it to check the time and even tapping it doesn’t wake it up, I have to use the side button. At the moment I can’t even get it to actually shut down so I can try to get it to sync.

This is the last fitbit I will ever own. I will look for a different brand as soon as I can afford it. I will take a second hand gaiman or Apple Watch over this piece of rubbish.

Buyers Beware – I had brought this after my Fit Bit sense one did not even last 2 months because of a battery issue, I have been in contact with Fit Bit Australian Customer service after chatting to a human on a chat bot that was not really listening and I demanded for the Australian Customer Service Number, after notocong issues with my Fit Bit Sense 2 . Some of… Read more

the apps do not work correctly such as the oxygen sensor that is meant to read your levels when you are asleep, instead reads when you are awake, and the deep sleep monitoring fails to work, and says to ware the device when you are in bed, when you wear it all day, because they have a major issue with setting them in Australian time zones, if you set it for example to Australian Eastern Standard time, and set it to 12 hour time, the watch is 12 hours out, right now it is 10.31PM but the watch would say 10.31AM, setting it to 24 hour time is 22.31 but still their seems to be an issue with their applications working correctly. I have brought this to their attention and I had told them this is not good enough when we are paying up to $500 for these watches in Australia and many of the sensors and their apps will only work on Premium which is another $120 a year, which I said is not good enough, and it is not good enough with the person on the chat bot to say that they do not have this issue, when their own community pages have people like myself and others who have stated that we are all having the same issue. The issue may not be the actual devices but rather their app, as I had tested it today and changed the country to Canada and to vancovourer time and it displayed the right time for their, but does not for australia, this may also affect their other devices as well. I had done a hard reset after being asked to do, and still the same issues, so if you want some thing that works properly in Australia I would look at other devices other than Fit Bit until they fix this issue, which they should not not let slip in the first place, and been listening to me and others. This item was purchased from Harvey Normans even they had a look at it today and could not believe what they had seen, time out by 12 hours, and could not fix it
