Fitbit Versa 4 is a piece of junk. Bought a versa 4 online from Myer and arrived today and to my dismay it doesn't work. After I charged it. It wouldn't turn on and when it does it shuts off and unresponsive. I'll be going back to Myer tomorrow to get a full refund. Show details

Very happy to share that I have owned a Fitbit Versa 2 watch since 2019. A very good watch. Yes, I had 2 issues with it playing up, but must share that on contacting Fitbit on line, they replaced it twice at nil cost to me. Early this year the… Read more

battery started to die, only lasting 4 days on a charge so I thought time to upgrade. After doing lots of research I purchased the Fitbit Versa 4. I must admit many reviews including salesperson at JBHIFI gave opinion that this is not a good watch.

Well, being a person who felt happy with my first FitBit this I felt the need to share that my Fitbit Versa 4 is brilliant as advertised. Battery life is at least 9 days, Bluetooth and all functions are great, especially the Googlepay functionality that I have come to rely on for some 8 years now.

This Versa 4 Fitbit by Google is only $338 aud, a lot cheaper than other brands and very reliable, robust and in my experience deserves honest and far feedback.

Follow-up  · In short, screen brightness is great, accurate and consistent for my needs, and very comfy to wear, still getting about 8 days charge, so very happy with the FitBit Versa 4

App is clunky. Fitbit has trouble connecting to iPhone and updating data. Heart rate monitor drops in and out all day. Just an expensive clock watch really. Wish I never bought it. Show details

Too sesitive too much unnessesary stuff on watch – I would give it 5 stars because l love it, have been using fitbit for years, best watch in pool. But it is very sesitive on the display and it has so many unnessesary stuff on the watch. Would be greatif through the app you can choose what you need on your watch. I dont need youtube on my watch. And too often it starts an excersise when l sit on… Read more

the couch relaxing. And when you then want to choose an excersise on the watch you have to try a few times because it turns off, my setting is to turn off after 60 seconds. This turns off while im scrolling. It would be awasome if it could be more personalised..

Don't waste your money – Watch died after 8 months and after going back and forth for a couple of weeks, Fitbit finally agreed to replace it but upon receiving it was found to be refurbished. Not good enough for an unusable product after 8 months. Show details

Shitbit Versa 4 – It's a shitbit from me. From the start I have hated this device. I had a Versa 3 and it was quite good until is stopped syncing and charging. The Versa 4 was the only replacement option as the Versa 3 has been discontinued. I don't have a mobile phone so with my partner's research and diligence I had the dashboard installed on my laptop. Well,… Read more

there is no means to sync it manually and it doesn't sync often so all the details are delayed. The Versa 4 has issues too. Today I did a 5km uphill walk and it didn't record the calories burned at all. Had the same results for the hours since midnight as if I had sat down and done nothing. The steps were recorded as 156 when I'd done over 7000. Sleep patterns and hours were consistent. However the app recording heart rate at rest is always at odds with the device itself. Only redeeming feature is that the battery lasts well. I am disappointed with this device and regretting buying Fitbit at all. Will look at other options next time.

Fitbit Nightmare! – I've been having the same problems since I bought my Fitbit nine months ago. Obvious overseas folk on the phones who speak very little English. Most have asked for money before they'll even get started. Usually $10 or $20, some for $2 or just $1, if you say no at first. And before they can continue they also need your bank account details. So I… Read more

think it's a ploy to get into bank accounts. (Some have hung up on me when I said I wasn't paying for support under warranty.) Huge scam and fitbit so frustrating in its unreliability and impossibility to get tech support. I contacted Officeworks where I bought it and it has to go to their tech guys and it could take some months and they might not find anything wrong with it because it might be having one of its 'good days'. Never again will I get a Fitbit and I'll be whistle blowing to the heavens and back about how hopeless and frustratingly unreliable this device is, and how appalling the after support is, even when it's under warranty.

Smart looking watch! – This is an upgrade from my original Fitbit 2 so was easy to transfer over all my saved stats to this new Fitbit Versa 4 using the app. I love how you can personalise what stats you can see on your clock face as well as the option to change the look of the clock face itself. It has great features such as the weather & Google maps (probably… Read more

because Google now owns Fitbit!). The battery life is amazing, it hardly ever seems to need charging however you do get a reminder email when the battery is low. The waterfall edge of the watch looks very smart as does my choice of the blue wristband. I have very thin wrists however this fits me perfectly.

Fitbit versa 4... Where the band attaches to watch isn't secure – I have managed to unhook mine in the last 30 days a handful of time. I love the battery and other features. Expensive for the way it hooks to pebble.

Not worth it – I bought it from Myer for $322 Everything is good but the watch not wanting to answer phone calls. you have to remove the pair and re-pair it to answer a call. But only one call per unpairing from your phone. if you receive one call and the call ends from either person, you wont be able to answer a second call from your watch as a connection… Read more

error pops up.

The app and watch are both updated. The watch wont work with a galaxy S22, plenty of people have mentioned it. If you have a galaxy S22, dont buy this watch.

EDIT: Yes it works with a Galaxy S22 but you have to make sure it's always connected. It will drop connection and when that happens either restart your watch or phone and go in and click on wrist calls.
