Excellent customer service – I have to say that ordering through this company was not only super easy, but delivery was super fast. When I contacted them (Lachlan) regarding confirming delivery parcels as they were coming separately he responded same day and confirmed delivery and parcel details and eta of arrival. He then updated me when each parcel was despatched and just kept me updated in general before I needed to follow up. I’ve never experienced such committed customer service with an online order. Doing this for me reassured me completely and his eta on delivery was spot on. I will continue to use these guys as we continue to add to our home gym. They have great competitive prices and the products received were of high quality. It really instilled my trust in using them as an online service to purchase products in future. I highly recommend using fitness deals online, they are trustworthy and attentive to customer needs and concerns.. great job team especially Lockie! You guys really are the best! By the way there was no actual issue I had with the the order at all, was just an inquiry because I was confused about what was being delivered and when, Lockie explained everything and advised how and when and where my items were coming from and why. So close to Christmas I was worried.. not ever again with this company. Excellent service.

The best customer service ever – I had been looking around for a while now to replace my treadmill. I currently have a Nordictrak which I have owned for 20 years. So I was keen to replace it with the same. Not only did Fitness Deals Online have the best price.They also have outstanding customer service. I needed it delivered within the time frame suggested, which I thought would be a long shot. They honored my requested which was awesome and the delivery drivers where outstanding. Exceptional Service And Best Priced – I have been researching treadmills for sometime and very nervous about buying on the internet. However found Fitness Deals Online to be exceptional with service. Started with the online chat, which I found them to be very helpful however given I was spending a lot of money, then followed up with a phone call. They were very knowledgeable on treadmills as I was a little undecided. SO helpful with what my needs were and pricing. After finally purchasing, delivery was within the week and assembled. Now I am loving running on my NordicTrack T14. Thank you for the exceptional service that you have provided. Would highly recommend you guys.

Do Not Order From This Company’ – This company is pathetic. No respect for consumer law. My treadmill was delivered with a damaged mat, which I have an email agreeing it was, due to the way it was packaged and transported. They are rude to deal with, and expect me to pay the transport to return the treadmill to get my refund. I am now dealing with ACCC to get my refund

Fantastic pricing and excellent customer service – Bought a Treadmill from Fitness Deals Online, the price was fantastic for a branded product. Arrived 5 days later but found a broken part in the box not causing any performance issue with the machine. Chat with Aaron online via their website and he advice me to send in a photo and an email regarding the broken bits late Friday evening. His team got to it pretty quick Monday morning and arranged a warranty part with the warranty provider asap. Now that's one of the small amount of businesses that actually understand customer service and there's not too many of those around.
