Great little gym. Small enough to be cosy and friendly, yet with lots of equipment, sufficient for me to do a comprehensive cardio and weights program. Very friendly staff, clean and well run.
Follow-up · Heaps of parking as it is in a major shopping centre, Q Centre. Classes are available as they have several PTs working there. Peak times I don't know much about as I use the full 24 hour/ weekend availability to suit my purposes.
