Service Call – Emailed Tuesday got a reply Friday by email with a one line response then replied and still waiting for a reply been 4 days a total of 1 week and nothing Have cancelled the service

Don't let them near your house – Fitquip in Perth damaged our floor when they installed a treadmill in our home, and didn't want to take any responsibility. They refused any attempt to sort it out, so I went to court and WON. The Magistrate found Fitquip's parent company were at fault, but now they won't pay up. I can't get my money and am left with a damaged floor that I can't afford to fix. DON'T use Fitquip. They don't care about you or your property.

One of the Best Companies I Have Delt With – I purchased a machine from Fitquip about 4 years ago and recently had an issue with the product. After calling their Perth head office I spoke with Tony who did some diagnostics with me over the phone. arrived and I called Tony to advise. Tony advises he could organise a technician to come fit the motor for a small fee, which was reasonable given my location, or fit it myself under is guidance. Well after 30 minutes of a pain free swap over I am buck up and running :)

One of the reasons I purchased online from Fitquip was their reputation for after sales service but you never really know until you have a problem. Well, all I can say is I am glad I bought from Fitquip and recommend anyone that reads this they should do the same. Thanks Tony

Worse service and customer satisfaction ever! – Absolutely disgusted in your customer service or complete lack of, after the bike I purchased came to me damaged and then you offer me replacement parts for me to fix or my staff (that would cost me time and money). UNDAMAGED!! Would never ever use Fitquip again. Absolute joke.

Worse customer service ever. Almost total disregard of taking ownership of delivery of my bike that arrived damaged. Expect me to replace the damaged parts.

Excellent friendly service great pricings – The staff were extremely helpfull, friendly & willing to put in the time and effort to make sure all my questions were addressed accurately and without any fluff. All the products on display seemed to be good quality and were priced alot more reasonably than all the other stores I've been to. Price, service & convenience

Excellent – Fitquip was great. I ordered my Treadmill online and received a call that day to organise everything. Really good customer service and the staff were able to answer all of my questions. Received my Treadmill within a week and am very happy with the product. Free delivery and received it within the week!

Excellent – I would recommend Fitquip to anyone wanting to purchase top quality fitness equipment online with the knowledge that the product is what it states it is and is alot cheaper than all the other websites I checked as well as shops, and the communication is excellent. All websites and business' should be this easy to deal with. The products online were at least a hundred dollars cheaper than retail shops and all the other websites, (and I did alot of research)

Ordered the Cross trainer on a thursday night online and received it the following Monday morning

Product is sturdy, good quality and fairly easy to assemble

The customer service was A1

I have been using the product everyday and loving it

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially if you're nervous about shopping online, or feel overwhelmed about all the options out there with fitness equipment. Great people who are knowledgeable, honest and patient. Excellent prices and customer service after care. Only thing is the checkout system interface, I seemed to have submitted my order before making my payment.
