I ordered from the official website rather than order (allegedly) the same product from other online platforms. When placing an order, you are offered special discounts on the product you are ordering (without revealing that the discount is because you are authorising a recurring payment). You are then asked if you want to purchase multiple other products in their range. The website prices are US dollars but nothing on the website or your order document says this. Without asking for authorisation, the seller charges $6.49 USD for an extended warranty.....on toilet cleaner! And finally, their website Refund and Returns section says you can cancel an order within 12 hours...but they will still ship it and to be eligible for a refund, the seller has to have received your cancellation before your order is packed. I cancelled 18 minutes after they received my order and before they packed and shipped but the seller refused my cancellation request. The seller says you can return your order to the USA at your expense for a refund but ... I doubt they will refund. Would recommend you avoid this seller.
