A lot of stuffing around for a result I never wanted – I had two large windows in my house which I wanted to be covered by blinds. I was told the span was too large for one blind, so it would have to be split at some point but could operate of the one roller. I was ok with this and went ahead with engaging Flair to do the work. and as a result, changed the componentry so that the blinds didn't operate of one roller anymore and now I had to operate two blinds on the one window separately. I would never have gone ahead with them if I knew this is what was required. They wiped their hands of the problem and hand-balled it to their supplier and I am left with a fiddly blind set up. Poorly handled issue all in all. I would not recommend Flair.

and they all knew their product really well and nade sure we understood what we were buying. The measure and quote guy came out to measure up too easy and four weeks latter they were in perfect. It could not have been eaiers. By the way, the price was 50% cheaper than the competition across the road for a better product.

Everyone was just wonderful. The installation job was terrific.

changed our minds 3 times so he had to come and measure twice). Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the price was the best of all the quotes we received too so it made the decision very easy. Finally [name removed] came and installed the blinds and did a terrific job. He left no mess and the blinds look amazing.

Very happy to recommend the team at Flair Fantastic service, product and prices. It took an extra few days to install from what we were originally quoted but that's just nitpicking.
