Will use it time and time again – Just love this product when I have the flu or a blocked up nose. Just love it. Really can’t fault it just love it. Cheap and Affordable. Good for children to use as well.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! – Got one years ago & it was FANTASTIC. Unfortunately I lost it so I brought a new one today. I tried it and OMG it was SO DISGUSTING that I thought I was going to vomit. I only gave it one stars because the page doesn't allow no stars. PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR OLD FORMULA!!!

OK – This is an effective remedy for a blocked nose provided it is used periodically for colds and not long-term for allergies. Long term use can have detrimental effects on the nose lining and can lead to nose bleeds. Overall, I do prefer gentler products, such as saline drops, to clear the nose. near my pillow at night, which has a similar effect to the Vicks Inhaler, without the long-term side effects. I would recommend the Vicks Inhaler for travellers and for occasional daytime use. Works quickly and effectively to unblock your nose. Effects seem to last a while. The tube is handy for the purse or pocket. Price is reasonable. You need to have a partially unblocked nose to breathe in at all, so it's not suitable if your nose is completely blocked. You would need drops for that. Also, you can over use this. I was using it for years to help deal with an allergy and I ended up with nose bleeds.
