Scam!! – Just like the other person on here, I also bought 2 mats and it was cheap thin quality and they kept on sending emails wanting photos of bathroom and wetness of mats to give a regund but went radio silent. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam. Don’t do it – Absolutely rip off and scam, Purchased two for their minimal mats and despite claims they are not super absorbent nor are they fast drying. They are cheap neoprene material and still damp with foot marks 24 hours after my shower. Yes I have asked for a refund. They are wanting ‘more information’ in order to stall and clearly hoping I’ll just give up.

They have written three rather long circuitous emails ending all of them with the the line, please let our representative know if you would like to return the item. In every email this has been the only thing I have requested. Refund my money.

Check out their Insta and FB pages despite claims of ‘25000 each reviews’ FB has only 41 followers and one comment in Russian and Insta has 337 followers and zero comments. Bait and switch. Total scam, don’t do it.

24 hours later still damp to stand on. This item is exactly like a giant mouse pad.

I have contacted them and they have emailed me wasting my time with questions and obfuscation. Their social media presence is solid proof they are a dodgy, scam. They boast ‘25,000 rave reviews’ yet they only have a handful of followers almost all are clearly bots. Almost no comments. I buy almost everything online and never have any problems. Excellent customer service, simple, fast return policy no questions asked and quality product.

Floorfinity (that I think also trades under Modernizd.co) is a rip off. A scam. They send you a crap piece of mouse pad which is nothing like what they advertise. It’s damp, ugly, and disgusting. Im several days in and the emails continue to go back and forth with NO information on how to get a refund. They have made it clear I am supposed to pay for the postage of the camp poor quality giant mousepads.

Shame on them. I urge you to report their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
