is then. The flowers were delivered and looked nothing like the arrangement I had selected - NOTHING alike. It would have been better to go to the local supermarket and buy a bunch of flowers there for her. I wish I had of reviewed this company before choosing them as I was embarrassed by what she received and let her know that was not what we ordered.
Not as pictured – Ordered this $100 arrangement to be delivered to my daughter in law in Brisbane a day prior to delivery so I expected flowers to be delivered in a timely manner. Flowers were delivered very late next day. When my daughter in law sent me a pic of them, the amount of flowers in the arrangement were a lot less than the photo on the website. Totally unacceptable, but I felt bad for businesses during lockdown and was also placated by the customer service staff who was very apologetic, so silly me authorised for the order to be delivered on Monday. The order wasn’t delivered until Tuesday! To make matters worst, the bouquet contained wilted flowers! That was the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

track these flowers that did not arrive, only to get a Txt message @ 5.20pm on Wed 15th to inform me that this order had been cancelled due to not having a florist in Port Hedland, even after my internet research informing me that you in fact did, so firstly that is total misrepresentation under the fair trading act plus I had two Phone NO# on the form but still absolutely no contact nor customer service standards, had I been informed I would have understood and been in a position to make an informed decision and alternative arrangements now one day after Valintines Day there is absolutely no point
I even rang the one and only florist in Port Hedland to see if she had my order, who informed me that she cancelled her contract with Petals some 2 years ago for the same reasons and is now with Interflora which is who I was going to use in the first place
I will never use Petals again nor any of my business coligues I expect full reimbursement plus some form of compensation for this as My wife and I are having to work and live apart due to lack of work after both loosing our jobs in the mining industry in WA, hence these Flowers were doubly important.
I look forward to your immediate response in a timely manner. I truely feel sorry for your Florist in Morley Perth.

Poor quality – I paid $90 for a flower arrangement and a box of chocolate with same day delivery and I didn't get any of that! The flowers were delivered 5 days later after two follow-up calls. The flowers were awful and was not in a "beautiful box" as promised over the phone. And I did not pay $15 for a block of Lindt chocolate. I will never order from this company again.

Thoroughly disappointed – Ordered two arrangements for a funeral, the sea spray & shining star upgrade to deluxe version. We did not need the glass vase / pot but a large box. arrangements were very basic, did not look like the arrangements shown and not many more flowers than the standard version that is shown on the web site. The box was only 20cm wide. If they could not supply what was required or if it was going to cost more, they should have said so. We would have paid more or have gone somewhere else! Definitely not the Deluxe arrangements we wanted to present to our grandmother for her funeral. Certainly disappointing.

Thank you for rectifying – I wrote my first review ever (see previous) as flowers delivered did not resemble what I ordered. Floristworks upon seeing the pics I sent them & noting the flowers did not resemble at all what I ordered (it wasn't the usual small substitutions florists do out of necessity) apologized and provided a full refund. Baby flowers delivered to a hospital – As an Aussie expat living in Thailand, I needed flowers delivered urgently to a hospital for a newborn baby. Florist Works offered same day delivery which was perfect. Emailed the florist and the flowers were delivered after business hours. A big thanks to the florist, Georgina, for going out of her way to get the flowers delivered on the same day. Plenty of variety t select from. Easy to use website. Excellent customer service.
Office use them regularly – We often use these guys to send flowers to our customers and they have never let us down. If there's ever an issue we will be notified and make alternative arrangements. The product selection is good and i believe they deliver to most parts of Australia. To date, we haven't received any complaints and customers always ring to say thank you with a big smile on their face. Easy to use Need more hampers
