Flour Coffee & Doughroom

Having Flour Cafe in our neighbourhood has made life hell. The type of people who frequent this cafe are selfish and inconsiderate. They park either across residents' driveways or too close making it very difficult to turn and reverse out onto the road. they throw their used coffee cups, serviettes and tissues into residents' front yards or on the footpath. The owner [Name Removed] told me there is a sign at the front of the cafe asking customers to not litter. I queried this as I have never seen any signs about littering. He confirmed there is a sign. I checked and re-checked. There is no such sign. If the owners of this cafe cared about the residents, they would install appropriate signage asking their customers to not litter and not park across driveways. They would also give all affected residents free bread and pastries to compensate them for loss of quality living close to this very busy cafe.
