that what you paid is hard to follow). Regardless of the not super user friendly/clean ordering system - the food its self cannot be beat.

If anyone from F4F sees this - Also suggest a higher quality control on your order boxing procedures. I have over the last 6 months ordered nearly the same 20 meals and gotten them a couple of times in a smaller than normal cardboard box; when this has happened - I have found the ice pack designed to keep the order cool till the meals have been unboxed have been left out due to the smaller space. Very easy way to lose customers if your entire order needs to be thrown out due to it going off because someone was too lazy to use the right box and put in the ice blocks.

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Food 4 Fitness !!!!....for the amazing meals and for the help it has given me to get to my goal weight. It took 13 weeks of diet alone to get me down to my target weight. It couldn't have been easier with the delicious meals to eat everyday. I couldn't be happier :-) 5/5

No value, low service when cancelling – Proportion of food is minimal Not easy to cancel Tried to ask for additional payment after the payment has been completed There are better brands out there.

Good but some meals questionable on health? – Trying out 20 meals with my first order and while I must say the food is DELICIOUS and so much better than competitor prepped meal services out there I am questioning the 'nutrition' in some of the more asian cuisine meals available on the menu. vegetables? The pad thai does have some tofu but that's it. Seems a shame not to add some capsicum, beans, snow peas, cucumber etc to these sorts of dishes.

I hope the company will see this and consider adding more greenery and freshness to these meals! Because that will make these current 7/10 into 10/10 for me personally. I don't see why they can't as the indian curry I also tried had peas, corn and capsicum with rice included (and these are very nontraditional veg to include in a chicken curry of that style but I appreciated the health and added nutrition with that addition).

In the meantime I may skip these meals until adjusted from my order or make sure I have fresh veg on the side I can add but that kind of takes away from the pre-prepped convenience. Please Food4Fitness - if you can add this customization you are an easy 5/5 stars from me!

My favourite meal delivery service – Meals are very tasty, and I appreciate the level of customisation available - you can change the portion size and the sides with each meal. Also no lock in contracts. Have ordered several times now and never disappointed.

Good food – new to this meal prep thing but i think they do a good job. I havent tried other meal prep but i have enjoyed my first week of food for fitness. good so far
