communication. Glad I used PayPal, but it’s time consuming to dispute charges from these scammers. I ordered from findsports.com.au website. PayPal shows this payment made to FORCE INDUSTRIES PTY LIMITED, so they must be scammers too.

Found one and rang - The number is not connected. 28/11/23 Sent a message to their support email. 29/11/23 Received an email back blaming a system issue. 29/11/23 I responded with a request for delivery of goods or a refund by the 8th of December. If this did not happen I communicated my intention of instructing the bank to try and charge back the purchase, leave reviews of my experience and report to ACCC. No response. 06/12/23 Follow-up email. No response. 09/12/23 Today - Still no response, no goods, no refund. . Based on my experience I would conclude this company is fraudulent. I don't believe they had the products in stock. I don't believe they have any intention of supplying the products. I don't believe they have any intention of supplying a refund. I don't believe they have any intention of communicating or finding a resolution. . Shop with Force Industries at your own risk

Don't buy from them! – No tracking number was provided. After waiting nearly a month I put in a dispute with PayPal. I then received a phone message saying they have had major issues and are behind on fullfilling orders. I responded and got no response. not message as it creates a back log. My final message said it will be 2 more weeks and that I can get a refund if I want to. I said yes to a refund and after looking at other reviews have decided to escalate it with PayPal. It looks like they are delaying so the time to receive a refund is void. Wish I looked at the reviews first!!!

Fraudsters – Just don't buy from them or Just find sports - they will take your money, not supply the goods and then ignore your request for a refund. Paypal has finally agreed to refund. Not worth the grief and I suspect they will be closed down but probably start up again under another name.

Do not buy from here – I purchased a gravity filter system from these people and have never received it. Multiple emails and texts later- still nothing. Opened a dispute- nothing. Opened a dispute via PayPal and was successful but was then told that Force Indistries failed to make the refund payment. Do not use this ‘company’

Do not trust Find Sport or its parent Force Industries – Order a mudguard from them in July and they sent the wrong product. After a lot of back and forth with shipping issues (they didn't want to pay for it), I returned the item and asked for a refund since they didn't carry the product I wanted anymore. This was mid October and the refund has not arrived and they stopped replying to messages. Concur with others, avoid Find Sports or any retailer part of the Force Industries Pty Ltd for that matter!
