Forme basin fault – Forme basin 5 yrs old . Glaze cracking around waste and spreading. Forme state this is normal wear and tear! Guess its not meant as a permenant fixture

Faulty design and manufacture – My Forme vanity works well (cabinet and drawers) but 3 years after install the moulded top started to sag in the middle and now the top drawer is sticking as a result. Forme told me to employ a handyman to prop up the bench top and that the vanity is structurally sound and out of warranty. I explained that this is not a fault but bad design that has failed due to the bad design which has caused weakness in the middle of the basin and now sagging. They are not willing to help in any way or take responsibility. Now I am left with a non functioning vanity which will cost several thousand to replace and also tradesman costs for plumber, carpenter and tiler.

Poor quality, weak warranty, don't buy – The stone top of this vanity cracked deeply in 2 places after 3 years. I contacted Harvey Norman who referred my to Forme. Forme gave me inconsistent answers, and then stated warranty on stone top 1 year only, rest of vanity cabinet 5 years. Poor warranty on something that cost over $1100 installed. Watch out.
