Keep away ! Scammers – keep away! Scammers. I bought the item, then cancelled the purchase on their website within an hour, they processed the purchase anyway. Then, didn't send the item. I had to open a dispute on Paypal to get them to react. Pretend they have a representative in Australia. They are dodgy as. Keep away. Show details

bank reached out to this merchant again. Forzieri stated PayPal was giving them a hard time & would issue a store credit. I want my money back not store credit. I have nothing & these thieves have my money. My bank tells me cannot make a merchant return my money. RUN from this disreputable company.

This company is a scammer! Please get away from it – I bought aud$622.30 bag and got it returned cos it took them a month for it to be delivered. Happy Purchase – This is the 1st time I buy from Forzieri and it's an excellent experience. It only takes 2 days to delivery to Australia and the package is amazing. I would definitely purchase again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for everything.

very impressed – I ordered a little business card holder. I ticked standard shipping and it arrived the next day express for no extra charge and was packaged beautifully inside, protected by two boxes and lots of tissue paper. By the time they covered the shipping and packaging, they wouldn't have made any money out of me, was really impressed.
TERRIBLE RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE – I purchased two bags from this website. They claim to offer free returns which is completely false and misleading. I had to pay the costs to ship back one of the bags from Australia which costed me just under $100. But they provide no official customs documentation, they just said they will deduct the value from my refund, so in essence I will only receive half of what I paid for the bag that I didn't even use! Have been in touch with the customer service team via email and phone and they are very unhelpful. Customer service will be the failure of this business. Unless you are absolutely sure you want the item purchased. DO NOT buy from this business. You will waste and lot of time and money.
