Honestly seems like they have falsified reviews on Google. We were insanely overcharged for our move - we’ve moved multiple times with the exact same furniture and got charged almost $1000 more than other movers. The movers were nice guys but were so clearly wasting time to drag out the move to charge us for more hours (straight up standing around; on their phones excessively near the end of the move) - obviously we have no issues with people taking a breather/break but it was blatant and obvious time wasting for money. Also had damage to numerous items of our furniture. Really poor unloading for the amount of time they had. 10 hours for a 3 by 2 is insane. Would personally never use this company again.
Fox Removals absolutely blew me away! They were incredibly prompt, arriving right on time and working efficiently from start to finish. It was obvious that the team was highly trained and highly skilled, handling everything with care and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable removalist in Perth!
Don’t believe the five star ratings. This has been my worst nightmare damages to very expensive High Gloss White furniture, They had no respect for my personal belongings treated my Designer clothes like rags and dumped them in boxes wrapped around coat hangers Cue, Witchery, long wool coats, Jackets raw silk tops, linen trouser suits all my clothes now needs steam cleaning. I cannot find my linen Sheike & Witchery trousers suits they are in a box in the garage stacked high to the ceiling. My clothes were supposed to be hung in a portable wardrobe and they charged top $ I am heartbroken! All they were interested in was payment at the end of the job causing a scene outside my house. Disgraceful behaviour threatening to take the boxes away. They removed the electric plug from the socket so the garage door would not close.
Follow-up · Fox Removals has not replied to our original email or returned our request to phone us after leaving a few messages on their answering machine. We are being ignored!!! No apology!!! Already 2 months has passed. There are many items missing that we cannot find so far. A miniature statue beautiful doll, and a teacup paisley black & white pattern plant pot. The contents that was inside the teacup was taken out of the teacup for some reason but no plant pot. Two white orchid silk floral arrangements one in a black tube ceramic speckled pot. The other in a ceramic small round taupe plant pot. Where have they gone???
Now this is what customer service is all about, easy booking experience with on time arrival, friendly and professional team members. Thank you to Fox Removals and the team provided for our home move of a 4 x 3 with a 10ton truck on the 29th of November 2025. We used fox removals for our recent move. I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free removal experience. We had the most amazing team in T, Kiran, Andy, Julian, Sonny and Mathias. From the moment they arrived at our house to get started our stress melted away, they made us feel calm and we had em very confidence in them. They were professional at all times and just really lovely guys. Thanks again for all your hard work and for making a stressful event easier.
