part of the money, claiming that's what it cost to simply talk to them by phone about your matter, as they put themselves on the phone. With out a cost agreement. Only Money orientated as the outcome of this. No care in the world over Xmas and New year's was them. Sneaky tactics are below the belt and what the bar stands for.
