Think and look around first
This place is a joke take a case on to then just drop the case 5 years later. What because you did do your job the right way in the first place. Not my dam fault that small country town don't have medical help that big city do.

PS I should contact sunrise with this and current affairs and the local MPs. U cant help me because of a medical gap but is there a stable medical or mental health services in country towns. I rang Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and raised my concern and thereby seeking their advice. I spoke to [Name Removed] and she took down background. I found her to be nice, knowledgeable, and polite, but she could not answer any of my pressing questions as she advised she was just a Law Clerk. She arranged an appointment for me for the next day at 11.30am. As such, I rang another law firm (Aughtersons), and spoke to [Name Removed] and relayed same background and sought information. Further to this, she even sent me an email with the same link to search at a later time in order to keep an eye out for notice that should be advertised. I had rung this firm once before for a totally different enquiry a year or so ago, and again, I got outstanding service and time appeared to be no barrier for them which I was impressed by. However, getting back to Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, the opposite occurred! It was not until 11.37am the next day that a female with first initial A called (yet it was an 11.30am appointment time that day). She straight out told me that I would not have a claim and would be wasting my time progressing any further. She failed to even tell me the process, failed to show any understanding of my reason for making the enquiry, and had to refer to the Act to see if I could obtain a copy of document sought....which is something Aughtersons Law Firm knew straight off and did not have to check. If you have a valid claim you will win
Approaching MB when I realised that I could never work in corporate life again due to significant mental illness, was life saving. Very professional, empathetic and understanding. I would never have survived the journey of claiming my super insurance that I was 100% entitled to without them. The insurance companies just ware you down. Obviously, if you're unwell it's a disturbing process against these corporate giants. MB saved my life by being onto everything the whole time, driving the process and liasing with many doctors that hate filling in the paperwork. It's a tough road and you need these guys to navigate the process. I only had to liaise with 1 person at a time, Jessica. She will always remain my angel.

Finding the right advice for Child sexual abuse victims
Only days ago, I was able to contact Maurice and Blackburn. Other solicitors misguided me and after 6 year long battle with the constant reminder of child sexual abuse many years later came very close to loosing my life. I had a complete mental breakdown! Worst experience ever, Over Charging Vultures
Poor representation. Didn't have any knowledge of the law and my case. Put me in a worse place than when I first hired them. Added to my depression and anxiety. Took a year longer than anticipated. Vulture mentality, overcharged and constant meaningless phone calls, e-mails and letters which all get charged out. Sacked them in the end and reported them to governing body. Go elsewhere and get a firm that actually cares about you the person.

You haven't commented on your obvious in house protocol of excessive calls, e-mails and letters which overlap each other and in many cases were unnecessary. An obvious process by Maurice Blackburn which i did not experience with the next Firm I engaged. Huge contrast between the two. I maintain my stance that you overcharged with excess calls, emails and letters. Valued readers of these feedback forums take careful note of my complaint. Seek other council. Outstanding result thanks to Trang van Heugten
My mother had a horrible fall at the age of 86, fractured her hip and as a result will have permanent injuries. Trang van Heugten was unbelievable, so compassionate, listened to every word we told her and went into bat for us.
