totalled almost 80,000 dollars. We haven't had so much as an apology from Frank Gordon as to the amount of damage that was caused. Several syringes were found and were removed by the Police Narcotics team as were a number of unknown substances.

Our senior property agent at Frank Gordon had the audacity to say: "I know you are looking for someone to blame, but we have protected your interests and upheld our obligations throughout." This is a hilarious statement given the damage, the fact the tenant wasn't even living there, and the state of the property (all light fittings were removed, as were door handles, the walls were destroyed, a brand new air con was ruined with paint slopped all over it, a wall heater was smashed in, carpet, walls and floors were ruined and it was a mess - the list continues). Avoid at all costs so you do not have to experience what our family has gone through.

Totally Unprofessional and Overtly Vindictive – [Name Removed] from Frank Gordon Real Estate Port Melbourne, is by far the worst Property Manager I have ever come across in over 25 years. disability inclusive and accommodating. They genuinely cared about people. Since [Name Removed] started we have experienced nothing but harassments, the pinnacle being a 'breach notice for pets'. The agency were fully aware that my son had a registered assistance dog and had met him on several occasions, so not a pet at all. Secondly, he passed away some time ago and yet the breach notice states that he is currently bothering our neighbors as we speak.

It does not take much to fact check before sending a breach notice, but [Name Removed] did not bother with this process at all and has caused HUGE distress.
