Lemon! – Spent $1000 on what I thought was a quality kitchen tap. Turned out to be rubbish, zero water pressure when there wasn't any pressure issues with our pipes. Will never buy again, avoid this brand!

A dud – This is an expensive tap. The installing plumber suggested we don't swivel the tap from one sink to the other as this will unscrew the tap body. He was right, this happened straight away. When it is swivelled the whole thing moves, so it is difficult to see whether it is selected to hot or cold. The tap looks good but in practise it is a failure. Leaving the tap in one position and pulling out the extractable piece to point it in the correct direction is a pain. I'm left feeling that I should have just gone to Bunnings for a cheap one.

Good quality – We've had this tap over a year and can't fault it. Water flow is good and handy to have the different spray option though I don't tend to use this much. Attractive looking tap. Lovely form and function.
Excellent tap! What more do u want! – Had no problems with this tap at all starting from the installation to the it's use as a kitchen tap. Extractable tap works well and super convenient for cleaning larger items. Great mixer and smooth flow
Waste of money – Bought this tap that came with a deal with the Franke Aurora PFX62OB Undermount sink. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Three times it has flooded my kitchen cupboard. Water flow very slow. They get out of the warranty by saying you have to buy pressure relief valves between $70-$100 each. These would have reduced the flow of water even more. Overall a very crummy, cheap looking tap.
I wouldn't bother buying the sink either, not worth the exorbitant price by any stretch. If you have an older sink that is still serving it's purpose, then don't upgrade, older stuff is definitely better quality.
Expensive, poor water flow, spout doesn't move very much, constantly breaking and flooding kitchen.
