Shameful behaviour by salesmen – My 17 year old grandson was given the hard sell and manipulated to spend ALL of his money on a very expensive audio system. Within the cooling off system, before installation he cancelled and went with a cheaper option. For months he has been asking for the refund due to him so that he can repair his car. 3 Months later, still no refund. Shame on you

Gme uhf radio and antennas – Searched for GME UHF radio kits and Frankies were the best price ever. I almost thought it was to good to be true. In country Tamworth i was worried about delivery to such a remote location from sydney. When my uhf kit and antennas arrived i was absolutely amazed at how well they were packaged. Full marks to who ever packed it. So sucure and wrapped to prevent any damage. My product is perfect. I would buy again for sure and very happy. Show details

Possibly the worst company I have dealt with. You have been warned – I placed an order for two Blue Seas battery isolator switches. I initially called the company in Sydney to advise that I needed them urgently. order online straight away which I did. After 11 days still no sign of them. The courier they use Aramex apparently picked them up in Wollongong not Brisbane. I called the local depot number in Maryborough to have my call answered in the Phillipines. The operator could only tell me that the goods had left Wollongong days ago. I emailed Frankies a few days ago and no response. Finally got to speak to a staff member today which was also a waste of time, no resolution. I shouldn't have trusted them and removed the old isolator switches in the boat. I feel Frankies (as echoed in other comments) have no interest other than taking your money. Shame on you Frankies!

I wouldn’t go back to this store if I was on fire and they were the only place with water – Would rate 0 stars but it’s not an option, Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Was told an hour and a half for a stereo to be installed and that I should wait in town, returned an hour 45 minutes later to be told another 50 minutes (mind you in 35 degree heat) they claimed it was due to installing issues though I noticed… Read more

the unopened box so they hadn’t even started the job, came back an hour later and still was told another 30 minutes, this continued happening every half an hour for another 2 hours. One of the staffs son had better customer service than everyone in the store combined, this job could have been handled better by that 9 year old than any of their employees. All up it took 4 hours to install a simple stereo. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Total garbage from beginning to end.

Extra charges – Given a quote. Two of us were there . Went ahead with job. Rang them to check price was told 750 at the time rang back before pickup to confirm they then said 650 thought ok even better . On pick up they then said 850 Not happy at all

Great after sales service – Bought a dashmate camera front and rear they installed it didnt work so they replaced on the spot. Then software problem. The salesman (Gavin)told us he would download software for camera over night on hes time we showed up at said time and he fix camera. bring it back the next day which I did much to my inconvenience. The next day I dropped it off again and went back that afternoon to find they’d simply superglued the screen in and had it covered in masking tape . Obviously someone for got to take the tape off before I returned . Since then it’s fallen back out again and when I’ve taken it back to them demanding it be replaced they’ve told me they onky come as a set and I could get a set half price and free installation. Or I’d have to contact the manufacturer for a replacement and Frankie’s would charge me to install . They are crooks .
