Medium Rare chicken – We order 2meats 2sides 4 small slices of brisket & 1/4 piece Breast of chicken Brisket was Luke warm to room temperature Thin slices 3 inchx1inch pieces approx Chicken breast in center was uncooked like medium rare towards the bone with blood and raw Returned the the chicken breast they replaced us with a leg Again in the center of drum stick and thigh bone was uncooked & blood and raw

Returned leg got brisket slices again bit better than 2 medium rare chickens center pieces

Texas Smashed potatoes with skin was luke warm There was no taste

Cole slaw was OK

No apologies by anyone The owner and the chefs were careless Lack of customer service Nil service recovery

Please check the chicken in the center bone joint As this was red and raw inside

The bottle sauce on the table Wierd taste nothing like Texas sauce ?

We got 4 slices of bread & we made brisket sandwich Very Texan I guess

It's was a trial for 12.95 wasted down the drain

Great Ribs – We called in for lunch on Sunday 18th August 2019, as we both love ribs and wanted to see what this place was about. While the service was slow, the ribs and brisket were amazing. I would definitely recommend calling in and giving it a shot.
