I found the staff very eager to please, recently I accidentally detached my rear view mirror off the windscreen . Drove in to service centre and immediately they took the keys and told me to have coffee. Before I finished the coffee he was back and mirror fixed, asked how much he said goodwill can not recommend them high enough. Michael

OMG went to Frankston Subaru today (not our local Subaru dealer) and found and bought the red car I had been searching for “Subaru Impreza” We (son & I) were served by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man Luke. He was excellent and couldn’t do more for us. So much so that we ended up buying the car. Cannot wait to collect the car next week. Thank you Luke you were great Cheers Maria

I had my 2015 Forester in for a service. I really didn't want to wait because I'm a busy person, so they dropped me off at the shops. I was able to purchase some new clothing while I was waiting. Anyway, I came back and the car was cleaned which was nice. I don't like supporting car cleaners, so it was nice to get a freebie. Price was nice and I was offered a coffee. Can't complain about that. Show details

Stress free experience – Had my levorg serviced here. I booked online and it was pretty easy. I worked on my laptop and enjoyed free coffee while I waited. Easy and well priced. They also were able to order I'm a part that I needed. Job well done. Thank you

A pleasant experience with no issues – Recently purchased a Crosstrek from Frankston Subaru. Had my first 12 months service. I was a little over the kms but they didn't mind at all. They offered me a lift to the Bayside shopping centre, so I went and had a coffee and did some shopping. By the time I was done, my car was ready. Thank you

Terrible pricing – They are selling a VF35 turbo for $3,000 -- it should be $1,800-2,200 how could you trust their pricing for anything else?

Trying to scam you on lots of things beware – My wife went to drop off car for service And as i was suspecting they tried to rip her off on multiple items. They told her she needs new wipers at 150$ (i have installed new wipers a month ago) They told her all tyres bold and unroadworthy 265$ each to replace All tires still had 4mm left in them confirmed by tyre shop that they are still road… Read more

Agree with everything written below – 40000km service on one year old Outback. Asked also for a repair to front left hand tyre which had nail and was going flat. Subaru said they would take care of it for $40. When I picked the car up 7 hours later, I was informed it was too worn and was not repaired. I never received a call or any alternative. Invoice stated they rotated the tyres,… Read more

but that never occurred as the tyre in question was still in same location. So they let me leave with a unroadworthy tyre/vehicle according to them after they serviced a 12 month old Subaru vehicle?? The next morning the tyre was half flat so I went to a tyre service centre. They stated the tyre was fine, just slight wearing on side which a alignment would fix. They repaired the tyre, rotated all tyres and balanced all tyres. I’m now suspicious if any service was carried out. The condition the car was returned was atrocious. No wash, hand prints all over the car from the mechanic. Won’t be returning to Subaru again, and recommend no one else attends this department in Frankston.

Charged $400 for labour, not even rotated tyres or topped up fluids – Avoid this service center at any cost. From my experience I assume that they have NO qualified Subaru mechanics. The service center is busy as they do for both Hyundai and Subaru service. Some random mechanics attending Subarus with basic servicing, still not doing it properly. They haven't done tyre rotation as agreed and printed in the invoice… Read more

and many other things as I discovered later. The mechanic doesn't even know when the next service is due. He may be following the Hyundai service intervals. Please do not put your car/ life at risk.
