As this was such a negative experience, lasting a number of weeks, I will rethink where I buy in the future. All this could have been avoided, by simple communication, confirming my address to send the parcel. That simple communication did not happen, and is essential.

Freak Sports Customer Service – I purchased 3 Watersnake PFDs through their webpage on 7 July 2024. Shortly after purchase, I was notified by email they were on backorder. than four weeks! When I REPEATEDLY tried to contact them, their phone number went to a voice mail box that was full and their email responses were automated replies promising action shortly, and then nothing. After more than 2 months, the only way I was able to get a response from an actual person was after I filed a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trade. I eventually got a refund of my order on 4 NOVEMBER!
