Terrible business, claim themselves to be experts only to prove themselves nothing but scammers. Their advice only to make themselves richer and treat clients not more than numbers. Stay away from them. Terrible customer service. They will lick your [Content Removed] if you pay them money but ignore your message whatsoever when you decide not to work with them.

I have never experienced such poor service from a financial services business. [Name Removed] communication is non-existent. The service from FFS makes the Big 4 banks look like angels. Do yourself a favour - if you want to establish an SMSF, do your due diligence to ensure it's appropriate for you. Don't get caught up in the hype FFS pitch to you. And if you ever want to wrap it up, well good luck. FFS sure live up to their acronym as this is a phrase I have used regularly when dealing with them, and not in a good way.
