SA - POOR. Paid then forgotten – Everything was fine and we were promised all the bell and whistles and set us up to see how well our system was working etc. We paid for for a 19kw system and got a 16.5kw We paid in full after everything was installed but they did not finish and set us up. Not connected online with the inverter nor any kind of true effort to finish the job. It’s been over 2 months and we do t even get a return call. We have tried. I’m still waiting for all my warranty papers and docs on our system purchased. They are not interested as they have been paid. Dan and Greg are not to be believed. Gift of the gab.
