Solar Panel and Batteries Installation
I have been dealing with with James for quite sometime now. Last month he organized my panel + batteries installation. Everything went accordingly to plan and my system is now working perfectly. After mine was done I got sister's organised. All good again. Now I am dealing with him for my cousin's. I would recommended a few more people to Sunselect and ask them to talk to James.
Only one issue - Sunselect takes a long time to process $100 referral fee. James told me that from his end he had done everything but the finance department is causing the delay. I guess this has nothing to do with sales team or James. Sunselect should pay attention into the matter.

Great and efficient Service
Peter from Sunselect was very efficient and quick to respond to any queries I had before installing them system. The overall process from enquiry to commissioning of solar system was pretty much seamless. Best part was, offering a weekend installation. The installers were qualified, efficient, and job was completed in 3 to 4 hours.

An excellent service.
This is the second solar panel installation I have had done from Sun Select. On both occasions, they were very price competitive. They, Logan and Hayden were always available, and returned phone calls promptly and were always polite. They provided all the information I needed to ensure the installation went smoothly.
The tradesmen team installing the solar panels arrived on time and the installation was of a high standard.

Why does Sun Select not answer the 1300 number supplied for support. Only days after installation my system keeps tripping the electrical box. Called more than 2 dozen times without any success.

Why is it so hard to get a faulty replacement item installed? Months to get the replacement item and now cant get installation. All private numbers, no one answers. When they do call back, they are always "looking into it" but nothing gets done. My elderly parents have been lumped with a non working system for months. Who should I contact?

Sun Select offers a comprehensive service that works with you to figure out the best solar solution for your home. The process is as follows.
- Discussion with a solar expert to work out whether solar is a good fit for your home.
- The in-house engineering team work with solar pros to design the right solar system for your unique home.
- The custom system design is run by the homeowners for their approval. Grid connection approval is also sought from the electricity distributor in your local area. The necessary paperwork is also prepared pre-installation.
- Sun Solar staff get to work and install a solar panel system in your home.
Other benefits
- Sun Select only uses Tier 1 solar panels in their installations. This means panels are manufactured using a careful quality control process to ensure the highest standard of quality. This also means panels are more premium, and may be more expensive than non-Tier 1 panels.
