Item not in stock - still waiting for refund – Ordered items in June and received a text to advise out of stock and would refund money. There is no option to call so I’ve sent countless text messages and emails with bank details or credit as items are now available. However four months later no refund and I’m not willing to place another order in case it happens again.

Exactly like everyone said, don't deal with them – Ordered an item and it was out of stock. I was offered a substitute so it could go out asap. They didn't ship for a month anyways , in which time I followed up 3 times They then shipped me less than a third of what I ordered and stated it was complete. only a fraction again after 3 weeks and several follow ups.

I paid for 9.6kg of a product and I only received 5kg.

They continue to waste my time.

This is still not resolved.

Do not deal with them

No response and selling items well above retail on Catch of the Day. Price gougers – Non existent. Just overpriced items on Catch of the Day. Never any reply, mysterious.... And just annoying . At least make information available if you're having issues with supply.

Terrible at fulfilling and sending orders – Terrible. I ordered about 6 items. One was not available and they asked me if they could substitute it. I said ok. A month later I have still only received half the order. It was sent in 4 or more deliveries over a 4 week period. No phone number to call. Email replies feel like I'm dealing with different people each time.

FRAUDULENT – I placed an order back on 5th March. I still don't have the order or any information on delivery. The advertised phone number does not work. They ignore my emails and I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. DO NOT USE.
