Mind boggling customer service (negatively boggling) – Would not recommend. Customer service is shocking, and even making a complaint to the general manager you're told that will be $270 per hour to read/reply to your email. Very unfriendly company. Spend your money elsewhere. Have the email from the manager basically saying he won't acknowledge me unless I pay (an absurd amount). - for all your amusement.
Avoid like the plague- zero care from them – Fresh Strata being the worst strata management team is an understatement. The only communication you receive from them are auto ‘out of office’ replies via email, and don’t bother trying to call them. Their staff are hardly in the office. Their strength is their lack of communication; their weakness is that they overpromise and hardly deliver. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for another strata management.

Truly awful – I was a lot owner and these muppets were appointed Strata manager. They deserve zero stars. I have nothing nice to say. Fresh Strata are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Dodge a bullet and use someone else!

to invoice us and charge an increase exiting fee once they terminated our contract, thank goodness their needy greedy standards and reputation not committees who do all the caring responsibilities and hard work. All strata management on the northern beaches since slipping into go position of the betweenness as manipulative ambiguous cunning thieves, they wouldn't exist without clients employment yet they think they own the buildings. Many Strata wouldn't even step out of their office dont even know what look like their paid to manage, google earth easier, to be honest would trust any of them all their interested in is your money nothing else, my integrity's far more important, most honorable people respect it and the opposite hate me : ) good
Excellent service and experience every time – I have been really impressed with the level of service we have received from this company. Our Strata Manager, Lana Fisher, is attentive, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. No task seems to big or too small for Lana. I do not hesitate to recommend Fresh Strata to my friends and family in need of quality strata management services.
Better than all the others we have tried – We have been with a number of different strata management companies on the Northern Beaches and have found Fresh Strata to be efficient, knowledgeable and extremely supportive when our Owners Corporation has had to work through some major remedial works. Our strata manager has been invaluable with their advice and have gone above and beyond when keeping us informed of the progress of works. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Aggressive, non-responsive, unhelpful, more interested in making money through fines to the lot owners – [Name Removed] who used to work there was amazing! customers, that they would treat their customers much more nicely than with aggressive phone calls, letters written with personal vengeance and favouritism toward people who will make their jobs easier. Tribunal is a common place I have found myself with Fresh Strata. An agency I employee is more interested in fining me, on top of charging me to show who is boss.
I use Google’s 1-star reviews as evidence to the heavy-handed tactics used by Fresh Strata and their team. What business do you know that publicly blames its customers just to prove they are right...
Terrible – With so many great proponents on the market, I’d certainly steer clear of this place. Rude, arrogant, bullies who will simply seek the easy way out, and on the most part, will favour developers interests. There seems to be very little leadership within this organisation.
Think Very Carefully! – Be very careful using this company Fresh Strata, Brookvale, Sydney. Absolutely atrocious, the whole company from the Owner, Strata Manager and staff were extremely bad. The Strata Manager doesn’t know the Act, very rude. The owner is deplorable and rude. I’m trying to rid these people from acting for us, everyone agrees with me so at our next meeting there out! didn’t have the answer to hand, he would consult and come back to us with the required information. We have at all times found him to be a sympathetic and listening ear, interested in us as individuals and not just a Strata building. Prompt and efficient service is – The service provided by FreshStrata is exemplary. Prompt, reliable, responsive, pleasant and courteous. Responding to issues in a timely manner is a strong point. Strata managers are very helpful in responding to the resolution of issues.
Strata bylaws – Treating residents with NSW Tribuna. Using Fresh Strata for family Purposes. Dividing common property without general meeting, before residents votes.
Ineffective, Obstructive, Uninformed – On request of our neighboring apartment complex, we obtained some quotes to replace the dividing boundary fence which is old, rotten and dangerous and has to be replaced. not understand why, but their STRATA MANAGER has not forwarded these quotes, not sought formal response and has not willingly advised us, but spoke on our neighbours behalf advising us to pay for it our-self. This is in contravention to the Dividing Fence Act !
We find the action / non actions of STRATA FRESH and their AGENTS to be utterly incompetent, obstructive and offensive. All apparently for absolutely no reason.
