Scam. I couldn’t decide early on whether the company was a scammer (most likely) or so inefficient as to be laughable. Paid $$ some time ago, order received and then advised it had been shipped a few days later. That’s when the problems started. I received a really dodgy looking email addressed to Dear Customer (they already have my name!!) saying: “Your order is currently on hold with the courier partner as they need further details to deliver the package. May I please request you to share a complete address with state name and alternate contact number, email address, and contact name, who would be available to collect the package. “ Now, ALL of that information (ie, complete address, including state and country, email address, phone number) has already been supplied when the order was placed and is shown on the order acknowledgement. What is an ‘alternate contact number’? And I paid for shipping already, so why this guy is talking about collection I just don’t know. It’s one of the odd notes in the email that worries me. Tried to contact the Australian company via Chat on their website - the bot promised to put someone on who could help me. Hello? I waited for some time but absolutely nothing happened. Tried telephoning. They tell you they are busy and will get back to you if you lose details. After waiting FOUR hours, I then called 4 more times, with the same (non) result.
Update - a couple of weeks later, and zero response or contact from the company. And no product. Scammer. I lodged a Dispute with the card company. After investigation, they refunded me.
