changed since I used it last. I tried over and over again with same result. 30 day window for returns had passed and company did not offer any solution to compensate me at all! Don't waste your money on this expensive useless item! Cost was $216 Dont waste your money/time with this lousy company. Bought in good faith from Label Products.
Follow-up · Company sent me a replacement free of charge and it is working. Different model.
They have dodgy reviews saying their air purifiers have been reviewed by top sources when they actually just sell the A01 $90 model and drop sell from Amazon at an inflated price. Cost me $380 for $180 worth of products. They refunded me $180 thankfully through PayPal after I received the inferior product.
