Stay away! Two month old water bottle and the latch for the lid snapped as I was removing from my gym bag. Bottle was not accidentally dropped and broken in this instance yet I was advised that I would need to purchase a replacement lid as they have deemed it normal wear and tear or accidental damage. I have had sub $10 bottles that have lasted longer than this. Very disappointing

HI Maria, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the image of the bottle and the break, it is very clear from the dents in the product that this item had been dropped or compromised at some point, which would have made a hairline fracture in this lid, resulting in it breaking.
