Bought it one day and returned it the next. Firstly, difficult to start, lots of chord pulls before it fired up (and that was following the instructions). Secondly, Had a fallen Jacaranda tree, which is pretty soft wood, this chainsaw would bog down cutting 3 inch branches. It has no torque!
