I didn't notice any benefits until I got up to 5 tablets a week. I must of been very deficient.

What I've seen is my skin is clearer. I had alot of dark pigmentation on my face from hormones and now they are barely visible. They are still fading.

This is caused from hormone imbalance. I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome and i had read people with this should take fulvic and alot of testimonies about how it has helped them.

So I believe the fulvic is balancing my hormones! Less moods swings also. My finger nails are also alot stronger. And even my skin seems brighter and my fine lines r reducing. Also I have less allergies hayfever etc.
