To start the customer services is a cut above the rest - with plenty of reminders of when our boxes are coming and options to swap things in and out, you can really customise each box. And the produce is amazing AND lasts all week. We get the large fruit and veg box and medium meat box and this covers our family of 4 with amazing quality produce for the whole week. At first i was a bit unsure of what the produce maybe like. I was very surprised by not only the quality of the produce but how mich flavour they have. apple is huge tastes great, crunchy, fresh next to no bruises. The avocados are definitely on the smaller side msybe half the side compared to the supermarkets, but they maybe smaller but have so much flavour. I think in our 5 boxes we may of got 2 passionfruit that had to be composted which is nothing really out of 5 boxes. Weve also brought eggs so good, bread loaf all gone in 24 hours. Our family is up to our 5th box now. Boxes are filled so full, our family gets an extra small box weekly now and that does myself and a 19yo fruit for the week. No looking back for this family.

I have been getting a Funky Food box delivered weekly for over two years. It is so convenient and the produce is great quality. I can easily modify or add things to my order like bread and eggs. I was surprised by the quality and variety and look forward to the box each week. Such a time and money saver. I can see little difference between Funky Food and Farmers Pick which sells and delivers fruit and vegetables which are generally surplus to the big grocery suppliers' requirements, or may appear unattractive to them (bigger, smaller, marks etc). vegetables are straight off the farms, so they taste better than that at most corner stores. Funky Food are a little cheaper than Farmers Pick, at the moment.

The problem I have is that my account was ignored and another was made up for my partner without my knowledge, I suspect because our paypal account is in his name (the account that it is linked to is shared). When it came to actually trying to use the account, my subscription was not listed, and my partner had no password to his, needless to say, when we wished to inform them that they needed to skip a week, it did not happen, and all emails to them went unanswered.

Furthermore, they did not answer any customer service emails and continued to take money out of our bank account despite sending out an acknowledgement of cancellation.
